Short wait time, have called them multiple times to resolve my IT issues and they are always prompt and professional. A+ for quality service.

The majority of these reviews appear from current staff i.e. Aren't real reviews. High staff turnover, all about pushing those contracts through whether they're what's actually best for the customer or not. Engineering team appears to not be based in NZ.

All talk, no results. Sales guys get you to sign up for 24 months and then get distracted with other new customers.

I recently had a problem which wasn't straight forward. The initial attempt to fix my problem was unsuccessful so he asked if I would mind him doing some more research into it and calling me back later that day. He did call me back and fixed the problem! Very helpful and a successful outcome.
