Nice brunch, it has definitely improved overbthe years and adding brunch is an inspired move. Enjoyed it.

Had the tacos and a lot of care was taken in the prep and presentation. Kudos to the chef, fresh, homemade salsa, really great. Simple but great getting something clearly not straight from a jar.

Server was very friendly, Big Breakfast was small for the price, plastic flaps need a real good clean, bit dirty

Celebrated a birthday here. Totally exceeded our expectations. Amazing food (great options; which were appreciated given my wife is both vegetarian and coeliac) beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. Great selection of drink options. All the while having exceptional service at the table. A great package which were were unable to fault; and have already planned on returning shortly

We’ve been going to iti for years, the service and the food has always been great. I’m sure we’ll be going for many more years.

Had a fantastic experience at Iti, food and atmosphere was great and the service was amazing, definitely worth going. Staff went extra mile, had mentioned I needed to get something later for a family member during conversation and they went out of their way to get it for me - was such a surprise and was completely blown away. Will definitely come back again.

We decided to try iTi as our usual restaurant was booked for a function. Where as the service was excellent, I'm afraid the food really let them down. It was average at best and uncooked at worst. Maybe if you're looking for an average burger and fries with a beer, this would be the place for you.

Eggs Benedict was pretty bad
Hollandaise sauce tasted like it was out of a box and my spinach had burnt bits in anything burned on your plate is going to ruin the flavor of the whole dish, coffee was bitter

Food and cocktails were amazing, staff was very friendly, however I felt its too pricey, for two of us we spent close to $200.

Despite the wait time for food, the overall experience was enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend iTi for anyone looking for a cozy, modern atmosphere and scrumptious food.

ITi is a hidden gem with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The only downside was the longer waiting times for the food to arrive, but it was well worth it. There are no parking allocate, so be ready to walk a bit to the restaurant. Overall, I highly recommend iTi for a cozy and delicious dining experience.

It was a very quiet Friday night when we went, with no more than two other groups there. The service was pretty quick at the beginning, and i appreciated that we were told there was no fish straight away, as many of the meals rely on it. The menu options now sizeably diminished, i selected a small plate of calamari and beer battered chips for the table. My companions selected the steak salad and the chicken tacos (but had wanted the fish). I didn't get the drink I ordered, but it was very quickly remedied.
My friend had a cocktail, which looked delicious. They also do $25 jugs of beer.
The chips were divine, super crunchy, and perfectly cooked, a real highlight. My calamari was nice and was accompanied by a small lemon heavy type coleslaw. Don't order just this if you're hungry, though, as there wasn't a lot of it for $18. The steak salad was presented as a warm presliced steak, with a salad on the same plate. Not what I'd call a salad. But the meat was well cooked and the eater was happy. The tacos looked reliably good, and a bargain at $10.
The only downfall really was that there wasn't a great atmosphere, which may be due to the slump of the summer weather being rain and cloud for days, meaning that diners were low, but I feel like it was the staff. We didn't get one single smile, not one. In fact, I've seen happier servers at a wake. The server we had was downright solemn and made me feel a bit depressed. I left thinking perhaps they had facial muscle disorder that prevented them from being able to change their expression. Unfortunately, even if they did, it is still received as massive indifference and rudeness. They obviously hadn't heard the expression 'Service with a smile'

My recent dining experience at Iti Restaurant was just average. The food I received was decent, but not quite up to the level of a 4 or 5 star restaurant. Specifically, my 250g scotch fillet was unfortunately overcooked and not cooked to my desired medium rare. The service at Iti was also just average, with waitstaff who were friendly enough but didn't go out of their way to explain the menu or highlight any specials. As a result, I felt somewhat in the dark about my options. Upon arriving at the restaurant, my partner and I also felt like some of the other patrons were giving us "we are not from here" vibes, which made us feel a bit unwelcome. All in all, while Iti wasn't a terrible dining experience, it didn't stand out as exceptional either. While we might consider returning in the future, there are certainly other restaurants in the area that we would be more likely to recommend to others.

Delicious food and great service. Serving portions are perfect sized, and very filling. Apple prosecco cocktail jug was very good. Presentation for food and beverage was excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back when in the area.

I live in the area and have come to this place many many times.but it has NEVER impressed me.quite the opposite.food is boring the whole place is completely uninspired.servers occasionally nice but havent seen those ones in years

One of the best places to eat/drink in West Auckland. The atmosphere is so comfortable and relaxing. The food was also really good, had a great crispy chicken salad, and my friends just got a regular side of fries. The portions were pretty good for their price. The drinks were also HUGE, and completely worth the price. The servers were also really good, they were so nice and I loved chatting with them. Will definitely return at some point.

Our family of four visited this place for dinner.we were quite blown by the food, we had breads and dips, chicken wings, pasta, arancini, chicken burger, salad and steak ending with chocolate mousse and no food could have been defaulted.
It was busy for a Monday evening and there were only 3 staff (COVID might have caused short staffing) but they were all lovely. The waitress who served us she was very young and in her second week but she was very attentive and we could see that she was trying her best.
Good selection of meal and not to much wait even though it was very busy and no compromise was done to the quality of food. We live locally so definitely will be going more often.

Get a table outside and enjoy people watching and the sunset in your back if you choose to sit wisely
