25Don't waste your time with these people. I can fall pregnant FASTER, than trying to get SERVICE from these useless people. 3 weeks ago, we requested a CAGE for clear plastic, and after MULTIPLE phone calls to them, QUERYING WHY the cage STILL hasn't delivered, I have shunted around from pillar to post, with multiple excuses. No clue of SERVICE or PROFESSIONALISM!
Terrible company. Do not sign a contract with these people. When it at its end it will roll over and they do not tell you. When you fi quit they make you fill out a form and charge $50 to pick up just a wheelie bin. I'm telling everyone not to use them.
Very bad customer service, the ladies work there soo rude, when you ask for a question they lost.
Excellent customer service n great value. Especially Diamond and Bree are always courteous and helpful.
These guys treat customers with no respect, they talk down on you, lodged a query on their service while being with them and they come at me like they want to argue. Cheaper than waste management for sure but Wow I did not want to deal with them ever
Every week without fail, the driver drops the bin across one of our car parks.which we then have to manhandle back into it's space. Can't seem to take the time to do the job properly!
Irene is a person who is so rude, starts a conversation to begin an argument with. As a customer I can not deal with her, we wish the firm can do something about her, but I guess they dont really care about the quality of workers. Literally paying the company is paying her to receive bad reputation. We are done with this kind of treatment

As we are the tenants and the bins left on the main road by your staff where every tenants use it’s been blocked every Thursday and it’s very ridiculous service ever seen by such a big company doing this leaving bins on the where people are working near that road and it might roll Anytime and anyone can get involved in accident and conserns of health and safety.
We have had a long standing account with JJ Richards and weekly service of bin for our business 360 Glass. Excellent, reliable service with friendly and helpful customer service staff. Highly recommend
Great service, never had an issue using JJ's through my working career at various shops throughout Auckland and now they are looking after me well with my own business. Sales rep came out quickly to go through the options in person and they have the best prices I could find. To all the other reviewers on here, maybe try reading contracts before you sign them.
Sales rep came along and told me how much cheaper it will be for rental and getting bins emptied so we canceled our previous contract and paid a braking fee and a year later the price has doubled and we are no longer allowed to put certain items in their bin that we have been putting in our previous skip for years so frustrating
Worst service. Always missing our bins, it's a full time job just making sure they pick them up and if they don't it's a extra week untill they empty them. DO NOT USE JJ RICHARDS (their competitors provide a much better service)
I have nothing but praise for this company. Ordering additional pick ups is easy and call centre staff very efficient.
Hello I called the sales rep a few times, no body answering.i left the message, no response at all.plese get back to me regarding our contract.
Absolutely useless! One month on from us moving location, our bin still hasn’t been moved and they have no log of any of my previous requests. Customer service lady was useless and said she couldn’t help as it was outside of her control. Said someone will call me but doesn’t know when. Don’t waste your time with this organisation.my review seams to follow a current theme here.

Made an excuse that person supposed to do the job is on annual leave.
Hopeless trying to explain their customers that how tasks are being done within their organization. Bin wheels were broken and supposed to picked up asap as `it was unable to move. One employee came after arguments over phone and advised it will be replaced on Monday no one turned up. Rang them again and advised it will be picked up on Wednesday.but call center representatives are good they value your call.
Hopeless. Must be the 5th or more time this morning that our big bin was not emptied as scheduled.
Been with JJ Richards for years. Have had a few house moves as well and i have never had a problem. Also been easy to call and swap household wheeli bin sizes when needed.
