Jack plumbing Ltd is really good.perfect service, fast work speed to save our money and excellent results of work.my shower mixer was leaking for about 6 months. Jack plumbing Ltd helped me to fix it with 1 hour including travelling.price is really reasonable and good quality of work.

Hot water cylinder had not been working for three days, so contacted JACK who I had used before for other work. Serviceman Tamati arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed fault as stemming from a melted wall switch. Replacement took little time. Very happy all round.

Thank you for a job well done! From start to finish (ie.quoting and completing the job) the guys were on time, polite, courteous & did a great job. They also cleaned up after themselves! The admin personnel were also polite, friendly & helpful. Overall extremely happy with the whole job & would happily recommend JACK to anyone & will be looking to use them for future works.

We recently completed a renovation project at our home with JOAT. It was finished on time. The job was project managed (it took 5 weeks) for us by their team. Jack supplied the builder, plumber and electrians + subcontracted the tiling and shower instulation x2. Denver and Lyla updated us regularly. Al the builder was outstanding and his work was of a very high standard, as was the rest of the teams work and advise. Each of the team was respectful and considerate. We have recommended them to many people. We had an excellent experience. We will use them again. Awesome team! Awesome communication

Paul and his assistant arrived on time, completed the job in a professional manner, suggested and made a change to plumbing jigsaw under bench. Was interesting listening to Paul explain every step to his assistant. He is without a doubt a great teacher. Very happy with outcome and have no hesitation in recommending Jacks yo everyone

I cannot fault the wonderful men we had on site, and the offcie coordination. They came, they saw, they did the job! Not only did the job, they did it with a great sense of humour, dedication to detail, and with a smile.

From start to finish the job of a tap replacement was made easy for me as the receptionist Sarah and the Tradesman Paul were courteous, respectful, and professional. My job was done earlier than anticipated, a BIG thank you to them both!

Great company to deal with. Excellent customer service from Sarah in the office to set it all up and send details out to us. The plumber Paul Tait came and replaced our toilet. He did a fantastic job and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very informative, and explained everything in a language we could understand - and then did a great job installing the toilet! I highly recommend this company and would use them again without hesitation

Liam arrived on time as arranged and was still smiling, despite being up a twenty foot ladder, clearing out a blocked drain pipe. Okay, he may have been used to it, but I wouldn't have done it. And, he didn't take that long, either. Have used Jack previously and I would definately recommend.
