Don't recommend these guys. Customer service is up there with the worst.
Placed an order (realizing the item wasn't in stock), paid over $3000 and three months later after repeatedly being flippantly fobbed off when asking for updates, I had to go through the manufacturer in AUSTRIA to get action. Use someone else. Dreadful customer service.

VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I understand that providing passport photos isn't their main service, however, my experience was more than frustrating. The requirements for the pictures are quite clear on the government site so I could take a picture at home but I opted for a professional photo in hope that they would provide a good service for $25 per picture (emailed, not printed). Now, I get it that many people wouldn’t care about their passport picture, but others do. When I asked to show me the picture, I was refused with a comment that I should love myself the way I am (What? !)
When I checked the picture at home my head was tilted, my eyes were of a scared deer and my mouth reminded me of a chicken tail.
I have decided to return next day and ask to retake the photo as it looked horrific, but was advised that this is not a fashion shoot and that they don't care how good the pictures are as long as they pass. It isn’t indeed a fashion shoot, however, when you claim that your service is the best in the market you probably need to consider improving your customer service as it’s the key in every business and do the following:
1. Allow their customers to take a second to relax and adjust before they take a photo
2. Allow to check the photos and have at least another attempt if they are unhappy.
Taking another shot when the backdrop is already set up, everyone has their gear on hand and the photo is not edited yet is a matter of seconds and for sure doesn’t cost another $25.3. Try to see the customer point of view and leave your diminishing comments for yourselves.

As for the "threat" to write a review: a review which I believe is a true representation of my experience isn't vengeance, so please don't call me stating my intention to give a review a threat or do you believe the same about any negative review?
