Jag Kitchens - Mastercraft Kitchens Botany

I love my JAG kitchen! I am so happy to have used this company and with the help of designer Christine I have my dream kitchen. I had a very small budget. And Christine right from the start helped design a kitchen to fit my budget. We pulled out the old kitchen and this was installed within 6 weeks.
What is outstanding is the quality of the kitchen! I am very happy and can highly recommend JAG kitchens! And designer Christine!

Tingi was great to work with. I made several visits to the showroom learning something new each time. I was pleased with the decisions I made as the end result is fantastic. Tingi made the process easy and enjoyable!

My basic, very dark and dated smallish u-shaped kitchen badly needed updating. Frances was so helpful, obliging and very patient in tweaking the plan until we had it just right. I am 100% satisfied with the end result; I absolutely LOVE my new kitchen. It looks bright and modern and feels so spacious. Everything came together so well in an efficient and timely manner. A sincere thank you to Frances, to the production team, to Craig the awesome installer, to Karl who installed the kickboards & strip lighting and to the team who made the stone benchtop and splashback with utmost precision. Everyone has been amazing! A seamless operation. Highly recommended!

Terrible service from the installers. They put on the wrong stone on my kitchen island. Then the installer left a big bag of personal rubbish in my house. Very unprofessional. Now I noticed he actually installed a backing board upside down so the holes don’t match the holes on the side of the cupboard. The shelves ended up without support in the middle so they bowed. There was no attention to detail. Many screw holes were not covered and some handles were installed crooked. Management did not deal with complaints well. I regret my investment with these people

Super stoked with our new kitchen from Jag. Great communication the whole way though and pride in their work. Any issues were quickly resolved (doors needed adjustments after flooring installed). High quality materials used throughout and will no doubt last for many many years! Special thanks to Christene who listened to what we wanted and designed it beautifully!

Most disappointing experience at so many levels, I wouldnt know where to begin on this forum. Shop around and dont let their showroom fool you!

We really felt we were getting a Mastercraft product with JAG, the quality of design and service were outstanding. As part of an extensive renovation the kitchen is the only thing that went without a hitch, and that's with dates being constantly shifted as the project morphed. Christine was marvelous, as were all the associated tradespeople, and a special mention goes to the benchtop guy who measured three times just to make sure - it is perfect!

We have used Jag Kitchens on many occasions and again they delivered far beyond our expectations. The service from start to finish was nothing short of excellence. We would recommend Jag Kitchens to anyone who wants a professional job done right the first time. Thank you Christine and thank you to the #1 Irish installer in NZ:)

Initially they came highly recommended, and more than lived up to this commendation.
From the moment I met my designer, she drove the whole project, I didnt even know how to begin, although I had ideas, together we formulated a creative design that is beyond beautiful, its exceptional.
The entire project was structured, layered, curated and edited, to produce a space that caters for family and individual tastes.
To Christines credit, she showed a depth of design and understanding I had not been able to meet with previous kitchen teams and really delivered, as a family we are very appreciative.

We had our benchtop replaced. The quality of the workmanship was good and the people we dealt with were clear with their communication. What let them down was the liason with the benchtop installers. What should have been completed in 1 week took 3 weeks.

We got three quotes. Lauren accommodated everything we wanted in our kitchen design and come in with the best price. The installers were good to deal with and accommodated minor changes. They were fussy on the finish which ensured our completed kitchen looks fabulous.

Had a great experience with Jag. Were surprised how good the price was for a custom fit kitchen. Our designer was *amazing* and came up with a great cantilevered bench solution for our low window. Kitchen has lasted 12 years so far - a testament to their quality product and installation.

A smooth, seamless job - what a joy! Jag helped me to select the right materials for a kitchen for my rental so it will be hard-wearing, long lasting and could be installed quickly. This worked well with other trades - new flooring, ceiling painted, electrician and plumber - all got through in 1 week. Awesome! Thank you.

Jag Kitchens were great to deal with very friendly and flexible to our needs as we had a major reno underway. Caroline was recommended to us by our builders and would recommend her to anyone.
