Excellent service and without delay my Jag XJL had the 2 front brake disks machined & new brake pads installed within a couple of hours, at a good price also. My car brakes work awesome like new, thank you Jeremy for going the extra mile to get the loan car for me and a repair job well done. JAGACE

Unfortunately I discovered that my Jaguar XJ had a serious rust issue with the panoramic sunroof. Being a fairly late model Jag, I was surprised at this flaw in the vehicle, but being annoyed wasn't going to fix the problem - which the car manufacturer is well aware of now.
Knowing Jaguar Workshop's attention to detail and extremely high standards, I asked Jeremy (owner) if he could rectify this problem. Naturally he said yes. Well, based on the photos he sent me during the work, I was pretty concerned about what it would take to get the car back to the standard I expect of a Jaguar vehicle. While it was in Jeremy's premises, I dropped in to see progress and was amazed at the fantastic job he had done to repair the frame that had rusted and was the cause of all the problem - it looked brand new! Jeremy had removed all the rust and hand-crafted new sections as required. After painting the resealing the frame back in place, it was time for the mechanism to be reinstalled.
Jeremy didn't just take car of the sunroof frame, he arranged for the hood lining and interior window pillars to be recovered due to staining on the fabric.
I had the car returned to me yesterday, and I was delighted (but not surprised) at the quality of the repairs. I would have to say that Jeremy has surpassed the standard of work of that when the car left the factory.
For any Jaguar owner seeking high quality repairs to their vehicle, I cannot recommend Jaguar Workshop enough. You are kept up-to-date on progress and will receive a finished product that is perfect. Thanks to Jeremy and his team for their hard work in repairing my big cat!

They are not the real One if you love your Jaguar and Poor customer service ever.

They told me they can’t find the real problem properly. Whatever they find they can fix it with no guarantee. So I am going to take Jaguar somewhere else. It was under insurance.

My wife went there to pick the car. She is 7 months pregnant and the guy works there, didn’t even understand her condition and made her stressful by not releasing the car without payment (Other company already told them to send the invoice for payment, because insurance was going to pay for that) she stood there around half an hour and they released car after Other company’s phone call.

After giving 1 star Review I got a call from Lady. She was saying she is director of company and she was threatening me to remove the review otherwise she will bring me in court.

”Reviews are our rights.if you don’t get whatever you deserve spread it. So next one will be careful. ”

If you are looking for experts to maintain or restore your jag this is the place to go. I would recommend anybody who wants to buy a second hand jag to send the car prior the purchase to the workshop for an inspection. The team is really friendly and will take the time to answer all your questions.
Thanks again for your help guys!

Someone smashed my X Type windscreen last week! Called insurance company whi sent me to the generic glass people who gave me the run a round for a week then told me yesterday they are still searching for a glass from UK! I called Jeremy yesterday and he had the glass. Went in this morning at 8 and Jeremy and his apprentice Jack fixed it in 2 hours flat! Really great service very efficient and professional. Jeremy knows his Jaguars. He has loads of parts or knows where to get them. I hear he sells x types as well! Highly recommended especially for all things Jaguar! Thanks Jaguar Workshop!
