I have been dealing with Jalcon Homes for a number of years now and they design and build high quality homes around Auckland. Won many awards. Highly recommend the team at Jalcon Homes for any new builds.

Jalcon Homes were a pleasure to deal with from the moment we initially enquired about our build, right up until the final hand over of our new house. The quality in the fittings and workmanship is second to none. The whole experience was very professional and would build with (or purchase) a Jalcon Home again! Love our new Beachlands home!

Complete custom House desiign and Build. Very Professional, knowledgable and very good detailed planning. Quickly resolving any issues that may arise. Build Standard is of a high Status.

Excellent building and professional outstanding design through to finish with special kudos for project leadership and supervision of sub contractors with quality work on painting/flooring and tiling. Lovely comfortable, warm home with great features and all at a reasonable cost. Very happy to recommend.

I viewed the Jalcon Pine Harbour show homes and was very impressed by the design, layout and quality of the builds, offering top quality fixtures and fittings. The homes were spacious with great outdoor living areas. The staff member present was very professional, friendly and informative.

We absolutely love our home built by Jalcon. The team were friendly and professional. They listened to us and were always approachable.

We had an unfortunate experience with an architect that we engaged to design and arrange to build our new home. The architect did not listen to our written objectives for the house and the costs came out double what we had set as our maximum. We did not proceed with the architect. Following extensive research we engaged Jalcon to design and build a new home to our specifications. The experience was fantastic. We got the design that we wanted and the build was 6 weeks AHEAD of schedule. We could not fault the approach of all of the people we had contact with at Jalcon. The result is a home that we are delighted with and Jalcon won a Silver award in last year's Master Builders Home of the Year for our house. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic relationship with Jalcon while we were building our new home, and we love living here now its complete.

We have owned and lived in our Jalcon home for the past 10 years and still as happy as the day we moved in after the build. Jalcon pride themselves on quality, and providing their customers with all the latest options and professional advice. Their attention to detail is just second to none. We are now building an investment property with Jalcon who were our only choice, and once again loving the build experience with Jalcon. Highly recommend and in our view the best building firm in NZ.

Either the staff or owner who were driving the company car was being a dic*head today
I was offended by them showing middle fingers at me in public for literally nothing.
At first I had no idea what the hell that was for so did exactly same back and they've actually stopped the car came out swore at me and wanted to start a fight.fricking immature
Found out that they got angry cos i didnt wait for them when trying to come out from their parking space?
I initially waited for them to come out as they were leaving but another space became available i parked at another place which had nothing to do with them!
They were still struggling to come out when i finished parking!

Not sure how their "logic" works but I surely wouldn't trust their "logic" to build my houses as i believe it requires a lot of logics and maths.
