Wholesalers with great range of options and amazing service - always have a solution for anything! Love going in to get advice on different projects as they're helpful and knowledgeable.
Beautiful showroom team in Auckland, able to assist with all my interior project enquiries.
Very poor customer service. They do not open trade account before you invest $1500 in their samples! They position themselves very snobby and not open for the business if you are not a "big dog". I think it is a very disappointing attitude toward potential business partners in a country where main businesses are small or medium size companies. I recommend to deal other companies as Hemptech or Warwick which are more open and supportive to the growing local companies and also carry a good range of fabric.
