Where you can find pricing can be a little expensive on some products like you can bargain with them to get a great price

Repeat customer. Always friendly and great to deal with. Prices are very hard to beat. They always spend time on the phone with you to help out & make sure you don’t waste your time or money by buying the wrong part or waste time travelling there.

Honest & knowledgable with great customer service. They make sure you’re happy with your purchase before asking to pay.

I've had good experiences with these guys in the past, but recently not so much. DO NOT bother coming here for any kind of small interior or exterior parts, they will claim they don't have the thing before you ever have time to explain what it is. These guys are great for large exterior panels and engine parts, but not much else.

This company has no control over how they manage their inventory. Came to buy a front bumper for my car but the lady was telling us that she cannot find the part as the night before they were broken into and that happens at times. Appreciate her for taking 10mins to find the part but they should have a set inventory person to look at their parts

THE WORST SELLERS IVE COME ACROSS!
They tried to charge me an extra $20 on shipping from $80 I already paid.they said they were quoted that price, I asked to see the quote and they refused and told me to arrange delivery myself. I did for $40 then they refused to give me any delivery details or dimensions so I could arrange the delivery. I called them and Peter and his rude wife were yelling at me and then said they’ve broken the part and refused to fix it. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Picked up a starter motor for my Son's car. Good price n 6 month warranty, good service

Bought a set of second hand wheels of trademe, one wheel had a bad buckle, which cost an extra $300 to fix. Wheels were sold to me in 'good second hand' condition. Buyer beware, this shop should balance and check wheels before selling.

I have bought lights from these guys of trademe auction. Paid Sametime.
When I came to pickup and they already sold one to light to another customer and other was broken which they didn't mention in trademe listing.
Waste of time and money.

These guys have so many parts for Japanese cars. They have the best prices in town. They import parts rather than dismantle old vehicles. A huge inventory.
Highly recommended to all.

Im comming back from few years ago. I drove far to buy the part i needed. The range and availability of products is great. But the white guy working at counter greeted me "hi how can i help? " sitting in his desk facing his computer. If i can only video that moment. Gonna show this to hospitality student's the don'ts of customer service. Also i had and inquiry through phone and i believe that guy answered the phone. Its so unpleasant. Its like i went for a debate.

After a bad experience with another car parts place (unfriendly & unhelpful), I was so very fortunate to stumble across JCP. The customer service team was super helpful, professional & friendly. Highly recommend this place.

This mob told me to come and pick up a part after I called and checked it was available. When I got there, I waited for 30min while they searched for the part, only to be told they couldn't find it.

Very friendly and helpful people recently receive a defective part but was quickly replaced with just one phonecall no problem car now runs fine. Would highly recommend to all parts buyer
