The owner is so kind (BEN), and he got awesome and great people working with him specially Ash and Joe at Mt. Roskill branch. They provide excellent customer service, also knowledgeable when it comes to automotive issues. 5 star for JB and highly recommended!

Rip off.they charge $95 an hour. To join one head light connector and change two head light bulbs I been charged $185. I been robed in broad

day light. Just to joint head light connector charged one an hour labour charge. LABOUR CHARGE IS $95 AN HOUR. They sucks my blood.

Experienced bad customer service.
I bought battery from here. It was under guarantee of 2 years. After 13 months it wasn’t working when I went here, they didn’t co-operate properly with me. I saw a bill. And They even after charged me 20$ for Re-charged the battery.
I already spent 180$ on first time. Not recommending anybody.

A long overdue review (been in Jay Bee Mt Roskill in Jan 2020), but had to do it since they managed to fix a car of mine, a Nissan, which has been giving me issues for years, all in one afternoon! There was a tall skinny guy there whom I can't remember his name (Dean? Or Ben?) who spotted the loose wiring, and voila, the car runs like new again - and come to think of it I had almost let the car go for cheap considering the terrible idling issue. Absolute legend! Someone please give that guy a raise, he deserves it!

Was told costs $67 to check onboard computer fault, some how couldn't read my car, after 20 min, no charge and advise on where to go as well, good honest service

Steve sandringham motors is fabulous. We have been a customer since 1988 when Lindsay owned the garage. Steve worked in the garage and bought it when Lindsay retired. Amazing service. The best customer service and working in the same premises as Jay Bee Auto is a bonus for both businesses.

Window regulaters fitted, windows weren't adjusted properly, took to another place as I didn't want to go back there, and found my window liners had been ripped out and discarded aswell, jaybee is a place you wouldn't want to go

Fantastic guys at Jay Bee, fixed my brakelights that had shorted out in less time than they thought and cost was less than quoted, so pleased with their service! One of the few places that doesn't treat me like a dumb woman (alot of car places do!)

Extremely overpriced, couple of years back had a single window regulator changed on a ford Telstar for a second hand unit was just under $500 installed, crazy. I'm not one usually to complain about tradie prices but this was extreme!
