I recently bought a Samsung S23 Ultra on 22 November from JB HIFI queen street and i had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service from Bibek, and I feel compelled to share my positive experience, What struck me the most was his remarkable patience in addressing all of my inquiries and concerns. I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service I received from Bibek. His expertise, patience, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. It is employees like Bibek who contribute significantly to a company's reputation and foster customer loyalty. I would like to express my gratitude for his outstanding service and recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone seeking assistance. Good thing is they had everything in stock.but customer service has disappointed me. Went to buy new phone and Airpods.but due inexperienced staff i had to spend more time than I could wait and had to leave without airpods.if you are tired, thirsty and want to use washroom, they can not help at all. So be prepared before you go.

After waiting 30 minutes for an employee to assist us, I spoke to someone who seemed free but told us he was busy and asked someone else to whom was also busy. After another 15 minutes I talked to a guy about a phone plan deal for an iPhone, he didn't know anything about it and told me to talk to someone else who was busy. After another 5 minutes he approached us and was able to somewhat help us but as I was about to buy the phone and plan it was 4: 50 and he said it took 15 minutes to set up so he couldn't do it because they were closing at 5. Piss poor service and unsure why every employee isn't aware about a highly advertised deal and that they have to ask a specific person to talk to about it. So after entering at 4PM with the intent of buying a phone I left at 4: 50PM with little to no help and no phone because the employees were too busy gossiping behind the counter to pay any attention and no knowledge of their own products.

I recently bought a laptop from JB Hi-Fi Queen Street. I initially called to enquire about the laptop and the salesperson was very helpful. I decided to buy it and went into the store. I asked for the sale person I had spoken to buy name and met him. He had saved the last model I was looking for. He did try to upsell me some product but wasn't really that pushy. Have only have the laptop for a few days but it feels good at the moment.

I love this place! I keep coming back and am always happy with my experience from the staff who work here and their useful assistance, help and knowledge with the products as well as their overall friendliness and great customer service! I had a problem with one product 2 months into having it and they were very understanding and helped me sort the problem instantly. I also love their online receipt system as it is very convenient! Highly recommend if on queen street and needing appliances and electronics. I ignore competing stores such as Noel Leeming on queen street just for this store! Defiantly deserves 5 stars!

Just came here to leave a review for BHARAT ah jb hifi queen street branch, who greatly helped me in my purchase, he went out of the way with his exceptional customer service and I’m so delighted to be helped by him, he made the whole process fast and I’m so happy with my purchase, will definitely be looking for him when I visit again!

Must visit if you are in gaming stop wasting your time by going PB tech Noel leeming and other electronic vendors because JB have wide variety of the products looking for and also @affordable prices.

Had to go round and round the shop to get some help. Staff seems to kept themself busy and although they clearly see you need help, they ignore you.

Anything from Audio, to anime, to games, funco pops and more. This place is awsome and caters to everyone's tech/entertaining needs

I love going in to this store it has everything from phones to drones the staff are helpful and friendly and and give you good advice and don't just try to sell you something that you don't really want they have a nice vinyl collection and games the vinyl is what I'm interested in I use to work at abbey rd studios in London and the sound engineers with their £400.000 stereo systems prefer vinyl

A wide variety of stock, both new and old. Covid restrictions at level 2 were well followed and everything is nicely laid out and easy to find.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about stock and were ready to give some recommendations that I have found useful.

I should have known better. Don't necessary believe the vendors.

I asked specifically for something that could be hooked up to optical or RCA connectors for sound amplification/loudspeakers. The vendor was obviously eager to make any sale possible and sold me something that does not work neither with optical input nor RCA jacks. So I had to buy something else from somewhere else. Lost money.

What a fantastic place, full if smiling staff. I got Kelly, who hunted down my webcam in a moment and Oeng at the till. Lovely, friendly and kind!

As soon as I walked in the door I was pleasantly greeted by a staff member and asked if I needed help, I was directed to the part of the store that had what I was looking for, and left to make my decision. No pushy sales reps hovering over me trying to make a sale or up sell me anything. Just helpful staff, very pleasant shopping experience.

Excellent customer service. I had a Turtle Beach Xbox headset fail and contacted the NZ distributer who told me to go back to the retailer for a replacement.

I had no receipt and no box, but Sam from JB HiFi helped me track down a digital receipt using my credit card bill. He then replaced it with a new headset instantly.

Probably the best retail store in NZ in terms of customer experience having been served by a beautiful staff in the counter who spared no effort to help me secure a few UHD discs from a store in Botany despite having to go through a few pauses.

Products in JB Hi-Fi are usually at good prices during special discount periods.

Smaller then other JB's, doesn't have the amount and variety of other store. No appliance here for example, small or big. But for laptop needs or mobiles you are fine.

As all jb hi it's hard to get anyone who works there to serve you. In saying that they do have one staff member named aaron that is really good and if it wasnt for his service I would rate them a 1 star.

It depends on what your looking for if you are looking for electronic devices this is the perfect place if your looking for Cds or hate crowds this is not a good place for you i was looking for CDS so i give it a 2 stars
