I'm a pretty tough critic - I have to say that JB's could teach a number of business - about customer service and just how to do business. From the first visit to the showroom, through the entire process to completion - we have been totally satisfied. It is tricky having people in your home. You need to be able to feel comfortable and that you can trust the people and process involved. I can highly recommend JB's Flooring Xtra. If you're looking elsewhere - DONT! Do yourself a favour and stick with them. They are AWESOME!

We had vinyl flooring layed in November 2022 by JB’s Flooring Xtra Pukekohe. The staff have good flooring product knowledge and Darryl gave us good product advice to suit our situation. We want to give special thanks to Stumpy for the fantastic laying job he did for us. He was a pleasure to have around and we feel lucky that we had someone so experienced, thorough and meticulous to lay our flooring. Thanks to Stumpy’s expertise we have a perfectly layed vinyl floor and we love it!

I called in to enquire about carpet and even though I am not purchasing from this branch as I'm moving down the Island, the staff went above and beyond as far as information, advice and helpful suggestions were concerned. What a lovely team and so helpful with decisions to be made. I would thoroughly recommend this company. I purchased from the whangarei branch a couple of years ago and also received great service. I will be getting my next lot of carpet from Flooring Xtra as well. Thanks everyone:)

Exceptional service from the moment I stepped in store. Really listened to my requirements and spent time taking me though all the options that would suit our lifestyle and budget. From start to finish, it was a pleasure having JB's replace our poor old 22yr old carpet! From the showroom staff to the layers, everyone was so great to deal with. Communication has been outstanding, including updates to delays due to staff covid shortages. The job has been finished beautifully, and having to shuffle around staff shortages, they worked late into the evening to get it done. Covid has been a pain in the **** to a lot of businesses, JB's never made it an issue or complained about the pressure it put them under (even though I'm sure it did). They made adjustments the best they could and went over and above to get the job done for us as timely as humanly possible. Couldn't ask for more. Now can't wait till we can get the lounge and master bedroom done!

Renovating for the first time is never easy but one of the best decisions we made was choosing Flooring extra for carpet and vinyl flooring for our bungalow. The whole team from the sales staff (Laura and Erin) to the installation team all were all amazing. They answered our gazillion questions and really assisted us in choosing the best product for our needs and lifestyle. I absolutely love our carpet. It's a dream to walk on. I did shop around at all the big well known carpet stores but found they had the best price and quality and service. Thanks guys I definitely would recommend to my family and friends and will use again without hesitation.

Pretty poor follow up service. Personal experience…. The quickstep is a terrible poorly made product. The suppliers don’t want to deal with after sales and JBs hid behind them. Again personal experience don’t stand behind their customers needs. Recommend a product that suits your needs and when it doesn’t come up to recommendation they take 8 months of messing around. Personally I wouldn’t recommend Pjs flooring or quickstep flooring

Job was garage carpet supply and installation - perfectly done on reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Very good team who produced a fantastic transformation in the entrance to our home. Extremely happy with the results. Changed the 'once' very dark flooring - to a much lighter colour from JB flooring. Amazing difference!

JB's Flooring for sure! Right from the time we walked into the Pukekohe showroom we were met with Laura who gave us such great customer service & helped us with our flooring, we knew then we were in the right place for our needs. An easy process helped by the efficiency of JB's.
The flooring team Josh, Damian & assistant who laid our floor were absolutely incredibly amazing, tidy, friendly and awesome at their job:) We love our flooring, our shop floor looks incredible thanks to JB's & if we ever need flooring for sure we won't hesitate in using JB's again & again.
