4No way to contact them on their website, they just hide from the public, and no after sales service. Bought hivis polos of JBs Wear brand, very poor quality as hi vis reflector tape has all disintegrated, won't buy this brand again.
Really Bad Experience, This is my 3rd experience with the same Team member name "ANDREW", I am consistent client of JB's NZ since 4 years, I ordered 300 T-shirts, It is my urgent job & I Picked up the order next day.received few t-shirts wrong color, when I called them spoke to ANDREW, Instead of apologies, He gave rude answer & say, it is not our fault but Factory fault. When I asked him to make ready the correct order, will come there to pick up, (I had to waste my time & petrol to go long way) then he say, it will take time.come later.never heard any customer rep's misbehavior like this.
