Was very impressed that the technician actually diagnosed the problem in our emergency lighting, found the faulty relay, and found a suitable replacement for an affordable repair. This does not often happen in these days of 'throw away and replace' mind set we so often see. Will be using these people again.

I was looking for an electrical apprenticeship job.
And this company was looking for an electrical apprenticeship on their website.
So I gave a call and asked them whether they are looking for an electrical apprenticeship but what they said was that they are not looking for any electrical apprenticeship and asking me where I have seen that advertisement so I said "on your website" and the guy (he sounds very tiresome) said no, we don`t have any advertisement and he just hung up.
What a rude

The guys were courteous, focused and very thorough.
Nothing was a problem for them - considering our house is overrun with four-leeged furry creatures.

This was heat pump installation for top bedroom with heat pump on ground.
Did prequote inspection to check complex site. Gave prompt written quote at a very reasonable price.
The units were held up with COVID shipping issues but Jenco kept in contact and varied installation times. As soon as units arrived they confirmed installation date. Arrived promptly very professional installation and finish. To a much higher standard than 2 pumps installed by another specialist company.
Very tidy and polite on site. Cleaned and vacuumed before they left.
This is exceptional work!

I have used Jenco Electrical for the past few years as a landlord and also for myself and my elderly parents. They are so responsive and so quick to fit in the job (which is usually pretty urgent in my case!). The electricians are always polite and seem to carry a good stock of spare parts in their vans which means they finish the job in one visit. Would highly recommend them and will continue to use them whenever necessary.

While not a big job, Jenco Electrical was very responsive and arrived at the promised arrival time. The work was completed quickly and very neatly with clear labeling provided. All the necessary compliance certification was provided by email along with a detailed account - an efficient process. Phone the office last Monday about no hot water and prompt suggest to get a electrician around to repair the element on the water cylinder.
