4Stopped servicing my septic system without telling me then told me it needed an expensive pump out as it hadn't been maintained. When I asked questions about that and why this hadn't been communicated earlier if they were struggling they got annoyed and seemed to think that was unreasonable. Then told me they'd try to book it in sometime in a few months if they could (while I'm worried about my system overflowing). So despite being a loyal customer for close to ten years they don't seem to value that at all.
We have been waiting a month now for a service on our property, however every week we keep getting put off
