This one is a hard one. I really want to rate these guys higher but seems when I use them there’s always something that isn’t right. This time i was picking up a new road cover for my ski and asked them if they sold trailer parts as I needed a spare tyre for mine. They did, apparently, then rolled out a spare tyre which had clearly been used. I said they couldn’t sell me that as new and pointed out it had clear wear on the tyre and stones stuck in the tread from use. They didn’t argue and rolled it away again…random as if I wasn’t going to notice. Just seems like they’re a bit loose with things. I don’t take my ski there for servicing for that reason. Will be interested to read their response to this. Nice people but…

Bad Customer Service in the service area and never been to a shop we’re you have to take before and after pictures for damage that occurs in there hands

I purchased a Jetski in 2019, have it serviced here each year without fail and have always had a great customer service experience.

They are honest and fair, even when purchasing, they found us the right jetski and accessories for our family, not the one I originally wanted (far too much horsepower for newbies to jetskiing and watersports), not too big of a seabiscuit due to the towing capacity etc.

They have been fair with all servicing and any additional costs that may be needed as a result of the service (battery because we didn't slow drip during winter and impellor due to rocks entering) and prices are reasonable.

I will only ever use JFK for my jetski needs.

Highly recommended. Super knowledgeable staff that work really hard to get you the right vehicle. Lots of choice of JetSkis and other vehicles, plus all the accessories and the like that you can think of. Don’t try to negotiate as stock is super light right now but you feel like you’re not getting a bad deal if you know what I mean! Definitely worth a visit if you are in market!

Friendly staff who offer great advice. Easy to talk to and respectful. The lady on reception is amazing. No push to buy or upselling and very friendly and proactive service from Lucas.

Went in there to look at a jetski I may be interested in getting in the near future. Sales guy (can't remember his name, had a foreign accent) was super friendly and did not pressure me into getting my number and selling me a jetski. Gave me business card and brochure. If I decide to buy a jetski, I will make the trip from Hamilton to Auckland to buy from him. Nice feeling to not be pressured when looking at products in a shop.
