Fabulous experience with JG Plumbing. Jess was super fast on email with booking after I couldn’t reach them via phone. Jonathan came at the appointed time and was very professional and a really nice guy. Fixed the leak in no time at all and gave some valuable advice. The invoice was absolutely fair. Highly recommended!

Jonathan was a really great guy to deal with and the work he performed for us was top class. He was very efficient and finished the list of jobs we had for him quicker than expected. We ended up being time pressured with the plumbing jobs we had and the company went out of their way to accommodate us. When I needed to replace a hot water cylinder that had been stolen, copper piping as well, JG Plumbing were prompt to arrange a time to quote and when the insurance company approved their quote they got on with ordering the parts and they were prompt in getting the job done. Thank you

Our office wall-mounted boiler broke and we decided to remove it and install a modern undersink system instead. Managed to get 3 quotes for installing the Zenith Hydrotap and JB Plumbing's quote was the most reasonable. Jonathan came and installed it together with his guy and easily did the removal, piping changes and installation well within 2 hours. He was friendly with a pleasant deposition and easy to deal with. Bronwyn the administrator who I've been communicating with via email from the start has been responsive and helpful too. It has been an absolutely positive and satisfying experience with JG Plumbing. I highly recommend them!

Used JG Plumbing 3years ago on a bathroom renovation we were doing. We were really pleased with the job Jonathan did. He went the extra mile for us, communicated really well, was reliable and came in on budget. Happy to recommend JG Plumbing to anyone looking for a good honest plumber.

Jonathan is Honest, Patient, Kind, Respectful and has Integrity. He does his best to do what he says he will do. I had a shower installed last year by Jonathan and his friend Mike the Shower Guy. He did his best to respect any requests I had like spraying the timber frames with mould on it with Anti Mould spray when I asked for it.

He also quickly addresses and fixes any issues I brought up and owns up to it without any attitude complaints or arguments like some other tradies would no matter how small the issue was. For example, there were tiny scratches on the painted metal frame of the shower after the install and he quickly arranged for someone to come and patch up the scratches which made it look as good as new, as if the scratches were never there.

I would not hesitate to recommend Jonathan to anyone if they ever needed a plumber.

PG Plumbing were engaged to install two new showers boxes. From the onset I found Johnathan simply awesome to deal with. He talked me through the job and provided a quote that came in as promised. I really appreciated his progress updates and what to expect next. Both Johnathan and his team were punctual and turned up as promised. The finish is outstanding with the most minor cosmetics to tidy up. We are so grateful for the job well done. Highly recommended and will definitely use again as the need arises. In late 2018 Jonathan did a very tidy job for us fixing a leak in the toilet water intake. He was on time, easy to deal with and made it clear what he was going to do.

A few months later he was back to rip out our old electric HWC and replace it with an infinity gas system. Work was completed to a very high standard, subbies were managed well and everything was left clean and tidy. Overall a very professional job. This was despite heavy rain all day and our gas retailer not dropping off the bottles as arranged. No problem at all for Johnathan. Project again completed on time and on budget.

Then in June 2019 Jonathan was back at our place to renovate our tired and outdated bathroom. This involved ripping everything out back to the timber framing and also removing most of the old pipework under the house (some possibly back to 1940s). After a few weeks of showering at work, and a few days of having a portaloo on site, we had a lovely shiny new bathroom completed as planned. Hard to be succinct with a review of the work completed but "excellent" sums it up. Jonathan is not only a fantastic plumber himself but also project manages everything, including basic design and management of subbies (plastering, electrical, tiling). So easy to deal with and very accommodating of amendments or questions from us.

We're running out of projects for him but wouldn't hesitate getting Jonathan back in future and would recommend to all. Small jobs to major projects all fantastic. Cheers.

We discovered our hot water cylinder was leaking on a Saturday morning so called JG Plumbing who visited promptly and identified that the cylinder was at the end of it's life and a replacement was the best option. He turned off the gas and water supply and drained the cylinder to prevent further leaks. On Monday morning he returned and replaced the cylinder. Jonathon was extremely well organised and efficient, a job well done.
