When you do not know anything at all about the car, it's very hard to find a mechanic who you can trust. My car had some serious issues and I had been tossed around many times. To say the least, it has given me a lot of stress and anxiety over the past few weeks. But then, my car was sent here and suddenly everything changed. These are so kind and good people. Karen is so friendly and thoughtful while Roger knows his stuff. He's got patience to hear you out. His kindness is contagious. I could not have asked for more. I am forever grateful to them!
