The team were really professional and worked closely with my builder. We were really happy with the result. What I was most impressed with was the communication and service during and following the re-roof. I had a couple of small leaks (not uncommon with a flat roof) and they responded immediately, and remedied this.

We contacted Johnson Roofing to do some simple jobs on our roof - just fixing some popped nails and rust. It took 6 weeks, 3 missed appointments, 3 days of having someone wait at home for a no-show, and 20 emails to get to a point of even hearing back about our roof; and then the roofer claimed we needed an entirely new roof. That assessment was based on a roof 'inspection' that supposedly happened on a day when there were lots of people home - they didn't see or hear any roofer on the property. When we asked for photos or other evidence to support this claim that we needed a whole new roof, Johnson Roofing said we'd need to pay $1000 for a "report. " Six weeks later and we're left looking for another roofer.

We hired Johnson Roofing as we needed a full re-roof and we could not be happier with their service. James and his team were professional, polite and knowledgeable. Our finished roof looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Johnson Roofing.

With a S&P agreement in place on our house, an unwelcome leak appeared in our roof prior to final inspection by the buyer. We contacted 5 roofing companies and all had a two to 12 week wait time. I called Johnson and within 30 minutes, James arrived and got on the roof and fixed it within 30 minutes. One hour from contact to completion. We've used a number of roofing companies over the years and now we have a long-run repairer we can trust.

The finished product looks amazing and the quote price was consistent with final invoice. Warranty has come through for workmanship but not materials (although I am told this is coming).
Communication with this company was fab, from the sales-woman -Natasha- and the foreman managing the job -James. Like any tradies in the current Covid climate, the job was pushed out a lot and suffered delayed starts, but once the job got started it was done in a great timeframe and we are very happy with the end result. Thank you for an amazing roof!

I would highly recommend Johnson Roofing. We found all the staff we dealt with to be conscientious, knowledgeable, polite, friendly and most of all efficient. Our old roof was removed and the new one installed really efficiently and best of all within our tight time frame. The old roofing tiles were neatly stacked on site while this was done, then the site cleaned up very well when they were removed. Our new roof looks great, the price was very reasonable and service was excellent - great company to work with!
