Highly recommend to all doggy owners who need a furbaby sitter or groomers to come here! Amazing, loving & supportive staff who take excellent quality of all dogs! Well done team xx

We love bringing Monty to Jolly Dogs. The staff are always so welcoming and excited to see him and he is equally as excited to see them. We receive regular Facebook and Instagram photos of him playing throughout the day which is super sweet, and he comes home exhausted which is an added bonus! It is nice to know he is being well looked after when we are at work:) x

Our precious and active 1 year old love love ️ s coming here. And it’s not just the playtime & buddies she’s made but the loving care and attitude of the staff and the owner Kath who treat every dog (and their owners) like one of their own. Peggy comes home happy and tired!

Absolutely amazing. Zega loves his days at the daycare. So nice to see all the smiling faces when you get there and the service is just amazing. From grooming to day stay for my baby is just perfect place to be.

Our Mini Schnauzer Macey loves coming to daycare every Friday as her end of week treat! We love the pictures that get posted on the Facebook page, and the care that is shown if she is acting out of sorts.

Jolly Dogs was absolutely great. They did a fantastic doing a grooming on my lil pup. Highly recommended+

It's our puppies first grooming experience and we sent him at 9am, looking forward to a proper cut. He had long fluffy soft hair and when we got him, his haircut was so uneven, fur on his head chopped unevenly and literally just shaved without shape. The fur on his body too is so uneven, almost looks like a normal pair of scissors was used to trim it in some random way. Wasted $75 dollars on his first haircut. Sad.

I have not and would not take my dog here due mainly to the loud aggressive screaming coming from the place.dogs certainly don't sound happy.very concerning.

I'm sure the team are fantastic in different ways but I unfortunately had a below than average experience.

Booked my new (and very first puppy) for a trial after speaking with the team over the phone. When I arrived for the trial they didn't appear to have my appointment in their system. They then asked if I had brought lunch with him even though they had mentioned over the phone that lunch and treats were provided. They then rather quickly took my puppy out to the back and said they would give me a call after his temperament test. They called later that morning to confirm he was a suitable candidate and were happy to keep him in for the remainder of the trial period. When I picked him up it all seemed rather transactional and super rushed like they didn't have time of day for me.

When I queried upon pick up how bookings worked, I was told to complete and return the paperwork and they would email me about the process. I looked over the paperwork and emailed them asking to confirm their booking policy as their registration paperwork mentioned a cancellation policy but no mention of a minimum weekly attendance or anything of that nature. Their email reply to me was again, return the paperwork and you'll get an automated email where I could log in and book him for daycare.

The whole process felt very transactional and not the sort of customer service I would expect from people who should be more excited working with animals.

Firstly a thank you to Fiona & Vince of K9 FUNdamentals who provided us with the opportunity to experience the inside of Jolly Dogs with training of our puppy. During lockdown our puppy was still waiting to be fully vaccinated so time spent with other dogs simply wasn't an option.
With a voucher to boost we booked him in for a temperament test at Jolly Dogs - Friday 19/11/21.
Natalie - right from the call to the appt.booking was friendly and accommodating, seemed genuinely excited to meet our Spyro. On arrival she truly was. Heightened by COVID restrictions, I was a little anxious to leave him (noting his 2 human brothers 9 &10 wanted to come in to check it out -"encase there's mean dogs mum"). It was really heart warming to see her genuine care for our dog - it helped put my mind at ease.
She reassured me of the teams dedication to all the doggies in their care, the T&C's & to just simply call if I felt the need. Spyro - took to her straight away. Natalie & the team kept us updated with texts and pics of Spyro via Facebook. Collecting Spyro went so smoothly too. Spyro was super excited to see us and appeared to have had a great time.
Jolly Dogs has a tradition of a small treat for your dog before leaving the facility. So that was a nice touch.
From our observations of Spyros behaviour today following the visit at Jolly Dogs, he was a lot more; attentive, responsive and surprisingly calmer. It is obvious that he had quite an adventure with the dogs he met today, canine carers who truly took care of him.
WE will definitely be looking to use your services on regular basis soon. Faáfetai Lava team Jolly Dogs!

I haven't taken my dog here, but I work at a nearby business and would walk past the outdoor area of this place to get to Pak'n'Save for lunch. Rather often, when the dogs were barking, I'd hear loud and aggressive cursing "shut the * up! " by people from inside the place - no idea who, of course. Like I said, I have no personal experience with this place but the other reviews seem good. Just be aware.

Fantastic. Staff are friendly and lovely. Very accommodating. Simba loves it and is hating lockdown. Would recommend it to all dog owners.

We decided not to take our boy to this place because the owner Phillipa has no integrity, made up rules on the spot, twisted the facts, and treated me incredibly rude when I questioned her accusation. If they treat their customer who can reason with them like this, I can only imagine how they treat the dogs who can't speak up for themselves. They also won't let you see the environment and the enclosure when you drop off your dogs.

We were going to book our boy in to use a free half day stay voucher issued by the owners on 24th March but was told by them that we can't use it unless a temperament test is done. So we took our boy in for the temperament test, which he passed, and planned to use the voucher later. On 29th April we wanted to use and upgrade the voucher to a full day stay, the owner agreed to honour the voucher and us paying the difference when my partner dropped our off in the morning. When I picked up in the afternoon, Phillipa not only refused to honour the voucher but also accused me of taking advantage of their services for free. Even after I presented email evidence which clearly showed this is the first time we took our boy in for a stay.

I took my dog in for a well deserved groom. I was so happy with the result that Rodney and his team did on my dog, as you all know your dog is part of your family and its always difficult in trusting someone to look after them. Rest assured your dog is in good hands with Rodney, I will definitely be back.

I was having a really bad day and nothing was seeming right.

But Jollydogs changed that, as soon as i came in to pickup my best friend to go home and finally relax, I was greeted by the most lovely and friendly team, they are not only caring and kind towards my buddy but they made my day as well.

No other dog daycare i have been to has been this exceptional.

5/5 would recommend to all dog owners.

Great place for puppies and dogs to socialise. My puppy Milo had his first haircut and groom today, Rod did a fantastic job, he looks like a new puppy! Awesome thank you!
