48The sales people are trying tell the product but they don't give the options to the customers. In store they say its a 12 month interest free if we are using a GEM visa but they didn't put it on the system. When I ask about the 12 month interest free after the payment, they say that they cannot revert my interest free from 6 months to 1 year because I have used eftpos machine to pay. Doesn't make any sense.
I purchased an electric recliner suite, being the biggest person in my family I asked how it would hold up and ilwas told there would be no issues. I complained in the first month and didn't hear back and 6-7 months later after them sending someone out to look at it they are now not answering my emails. I will have to go to the disputes tribunal.
Recently purchased a super king bedroom set for around 3k. Was told there will be a one year manufacturer warranty, but doesn’t seem to be have one in reality. The quality of the wood they’ve used on the rear side of the side tables, tall boys & dressing table were pathetic and could have used plain paper instead. Never recommend.

We recently purchased 3 seater recliner and also waiting delivery for dining table. Always the best service whenever contacted them. The prices are very reasonable. Carrie at store helped us a lot. Also whenever I called the store, Carrie was very helpful. Can’t wait to receive the dining table

I ordered a 3 + 2 seater recliner through the website in mid-January. I was initially told it would arrive in 8-10 weeks. At the 11-week mark I got in touch again, only to be told it would be another 4+ weeks.
By mid-May, completely fed up by this fiasco, I went into the Manukau store (the store I had elected to pick up my order from) to try and get some answers. I was assisted by Francis and an Asian lady whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. They were both extraordinarily helpful and very apologetic for what had happened, even though it wasn’t their fault.
The store didn’t have stock on hand, but they could see there was stock showing in the Mt Wellington warehouse – which led to surprise and confusion over why I hadn’t been contacted about it sooner. A stock transfer was arranged and two days later my furniture was ready for me to pick up.
I’m happy with the service received from the staff at the Manukau store. Sadly I can’t say the same for the online store / warehouse (Mt Wellington), which I have reviewed separately.
I have recently bought a mattress from Jory Henley at Manakau. I must say the customer dealing is really great… I have been dealt by CARRIE. She has an amazing Customer service skills, very friendly and professional at the same time… highly recommended.

Made an order, got told that they had delivery issues so essentially told me to cancel order. They literally said they take no responsibility for delivery in case product arrives faulty - which is breaking Consummer law!
Not only then they offer service they are not ready to provide but also have no clue of the law they are supposed to comply with!
Huge red flag, very poor customer service - wasted time and nerves on dealing with them!
Purchased a bedroom suite and was expecting delivery. Onthe delivery day waited half the day then call the store to be told no stock and they made a mistake, must come in and take something else of get a full refund. I gave the lady my bank details and was told 5 -7 business days. Till now I have not received my money, endless emails and false promises. Very unprofessional and even went to the store in person. They are not interested in refunding my money. $1600 now I am begging them to pay me back. Poor customer service, stay away from this store.
Bought a leather sofa from Jory Henley few weeks ago, the quality is very nice, we love it. Thanks the sales presentative, Carrie for helping. Great customer service.
My mum purchased a lounge suite from here about a week ago. She asked the sales man specifically if she needed to put the couch together. He told her all she needed to do was hand screw the legs on. Couch has arrived and even with a drill the screws will not screw all the way in. Legs are so unstable we can’t sit on the couch. Very disappointed. If she had known it would be such a hassle to assemble she would of never have purchased.
Deposit paid. Surprise 12 weeks or more till the boat comes in.
Decided to cancel.
No refund.
Really jory henley if you wont refund.a credit note would have been good customer relations.

If I could give no stars I would. They are unreasonable, and are only in it to get as much money off you, then hide behind anything to not give money back. I had only paid a deposit, for an item that was not yet in the country, while waiting for it to turn up, my work provided me with the stand up desk I needed. They will not return the deposit, as I have "changed my mind". I have no need for the desk, and no need for the store credit as my home is fully furnished at this stage.
I had thought of purchasing something at a later date, but not sure when, this experience over $130 has put me off for life now, I don't take kindly to morally wrong business practice.
Merry Christmas to everyone except Jory Henley Furniture, who look to have a common border line theft mindset.

Good quality flat pack. Bought an office chair and it had a small rip in it. Replaced it with no questions asked. Customer service was excellent.
Bought a whole bedroom suite. I actually expected it to be flat packed it was so cheap. Excellent quality for the price. Quick delivery and they didn't care we asked the Napier depot to hold it for a week as we were away. Will definitely buy with confidence from them again.
Worst customer service by one of their Chinese employee.very rude.taking to us like he is doing favors. Increase the product price straight up by 200 in 1 day of the product.
