The height adjustable desk I ordered is absolutely of great quality. The store provides free delivery. The desk goes with 5 year warranty and detailed assembly instruction! The customer service staff are nice and friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Bad customer service at the Wairau Park store. Waited over 8 months for a dining table to arrive, didn't even bother contacting me to arrange delivery once it's arrived. I had to keep chasing to find out that it's now arrived. Delivery can only be on Tues and Sat's which is also very inconvenient. After finally arranged a delivery for Saturday, waited the whole day for the delivery (its already 5: 20pm) and still have not arrived. Contacted the Wairau Park wechat account many times during the day and they were very unhelpful. Will never ever shop at Jory Henley again.

The worst most disorganised company I’ve ever dealt with.
First when purchasing an item It said free shipping which I thought was great as I am very
Time poor.
So I entered my shipping address etc But then after I competed the purchase I got an email saying free shipping - pick up from the Manukau store!

So I go to the store slightly frustrated and they say no it’s not here.
Then about 3 days later I get an email saying it is now ready to be picked up from the Manukau store.
Then I go to the store and it is closed for 3 weeks for renovations!
I rang customer service and they could barely say I’m sorry they just told me I have to go to the Mount Wellington store to collect it.
This is now hours out of my very busy schedule and the lady at the end of the phone with very broken English and a very bad customer service attitude could barely apologise and did nothing to rectify their mistake!
I will now be telling everyone I know about how bad this company is.
It is so important in New Zealand to give good service As we are only small and word gets around very fast. Mistakes happen but it’s how you deal with it that matters.

They have a large range of affordable yet high quality sofas - I almost thought they were 2nd hand when shown the price.

Their delivery service was excellent too.

Bought an outdoor furniture set from Jory Henley. Received a faulty item with plastic rattan coming out from the table.

Returned the item but they REFUSED TO REFUND! Saying this is only minor defect and cannot provide a refund. What a terrible customer service. This is the first time I have experienced this from a furniture store in New Zealand.

After negotiating with them, they agreed to provide only 90% refund and charge us 10% for the restocking fee. This is so ridiculous and I would caution anyone to purchase from them.

Jory Henley at Wairau is a hidden gem! Great quality furniture and price with excellent customer service to top this off. We ordered the Oscan Electric Couch and couldn't be happier. Strong, sturdy, high quality, superb price - we will definitely be back for more goodies. They delivered on the day requested and brought it inside the house too. THANK YOU TEAM!

The desk is very sturdy. Paid extra for coffee finish. It's just OK. Overall good table for the price.

Great products, great prices, easy parking, fast delivery, no pressure. This is my favorite place to shop for my home. They have so many unique and beautiful art and home furnishings. The owners are very friendly with great customer service.
