A hassle free service - would definitely recommend. After calling a few different rubbish collection services, Junk Genius were the cheapest and easiest to deal with. Collected and disposed of unwanted items the following day.

I noticed our neighbour had non organic waste out for collection. When I saw the Junk Genius truck pull up I approached the driver, Alex to inquire if he could collect items from our place. He was only too willing to assist and was a pleasure to deal with. Payment was no problem, he simply forwarded an email later that day with his account details.

Quick and easy! I was trying to find someone who was able to come in and collect my general waste that evening. Junk Genius was the quickest to respond with a quote and time. I needed my general waste to be removed and Junk Genius pulled through the same day I had called in. Super reliable, does not disappoint! An overall saviour for last minute situations like this! 10/10

We had an issue with our garbage collector not collecting our business waste. Reputation is so important for our business as we run events. Junk Genius was amazing for same day pick ups! Alex even braved the winds of cyclone Gabrielle to pick up my stuff. As I was moving countries the very next day this was greatly appreciated! Highly HIGHLY recommend.
