Beyond fantastic experience with Junk 2 Go. From initial contact, communication was always prompt, polite, friendly, and informative. The guys who came to do the job were awesome- really professional, efficient, and friendly. Couldn't recommend Junk 2 go highly enough, they make the process so quick and effortless, at a reasonable price.

Great service, called when they said they would, showed up on time and cleaned out 8 cubic meters in about 15 minutes. The two young guys that did the lifting were very helpful and friendly.and look like they could lift a house.which the basically did.great service and would be happy to use again and recommend

We regularly use Junk2Go to remove inorganic junk/rubbish from our apartment building site. They always do a good job and take the trouble to doublecheck that they haven't missed anything.

Second time I've used them. Super quick to respond and set up a time. Were very kind and waived the extra fee for soil removal when there was a misunderstanding.

I moved apartment in Herne Bay after eight years to a house. Junk to go were excellent at removing my lounge chairs that were aged and surplus furniture. The communication was good and I'm pleased that they do their part toward recycling for the environment.

The team were very prompt and responsive with their emails, follow ups and for the rubbish collection. The guys did a tidy job and left the area nice and clean free of all the rubbish that needed to go. Thanks for an awesome service!:)

The price is higher than commercial bin but the different is that two people come and pick all the rubbish and try their best to fill as much as they can into the truck. If you want to save time to clear commercial rubbish, call them. I did not have faith in them in the beginning because the price is higher than i expected and i thought the truck was not big enough to put all the rubbish. After i decided to pay them, within 30mins all the rubbish done including cleaning the floor. It has been long time that i feel that i was happy to pay more to get right and better service in New Zealand. I do not know their name but here I appreciate again. Thank you. (Swedish Furniture in Newmarket finally closed)

Eazy and Junior were angels on wheels! They arrived earlier than the “delayed” text indicated. The flotsam seemed to tele-transport onto the truck effortlessly. The on-site quote/payment was expertly done. I first saw JUNK-2-GO on a vehicle’s sign-writing a few days ago. The EYES have it! Brilliant. It’s five golden-buzzer stars from me.

Amazing and professional! I've been using them more than 3 times now and they are still my number 1 go to place when it comes to rubbish collection. They respond usually within an hour and confirm with me the time they can come straitaway even I book a day before! Totally stress free and friendly staff. Keep up the good work team;)
