I hate to put a negative review, but this business is running by drunk people. I mean, the whole family are lazy, and they don't reply to the text or call or email. Unless you get help from the Tendency support and use the law on them. DONT USE THEM FOR RENTAL OR PROPERTY MANGER

Terrible experience. She was my property manager for 7 years. Poor communication, rude demeanor, and didn’t prioritise rentals at all. I got ignored even when there were major issues going on (i.e, sewerage pipes broken, etc.). The property manager role changed hands multiple times, and I would never be informed about the changes. It was just awful and unprofessional. I recommend never touching them if you have the choice. Would never ever even look at a property if it was for rent, though her again.

Bad service called and texted and emailed her about rental property. She never replied back. If you can't run a business or you hate your job. DON'T DO BUSINESS

Excellent and professional service. Sylvia and Courtenay are great to deal with. I had a problem with a leaking tap and a plumber was out to fix it in a couple of hours.

I have been with Just Rentals now in 2 different properties over 4 years and found them to be fantastic property managers who are diligent, respectful and professional in every aspect of their job. We have never once had any issue with any repair request or confusion around any detail of our lease, and they've provided an exemplary service that has made our time living in Auckland a breeze. I couldn't recommend them more as a tenant.

Never rent with these people. They are so lazy, unreliable and unproffessional. I was the lease holder for a property they rented out and although the landlord was doing illegal renovations on the property which I did not give consent to they provided me with no support. When I asked about a rent reduction due to the renovations I was told the rent was already relatively cheap so we didn't need one. Also while I was there they failed to inform me of the rent increase which increased by $80 a week -they apparently they sent the notice to the previous lease holder. They allowed random people to come through and fix problems with the house which were never fixed properly and I had to get in several times before the problem was sorted. One of these 'tradespeople I was told was the husband of one of the women working at Just Rentals. They also didn't update my contract to take into account new rental property laws. It makes me wonder what they do with their day if and they actually work or not.

Just Rentals are dishonest disrespectful to those with Disabilities and Access Needs and lack serious education at all around Disability

Communication with these guys is quite painful. As a landlord for a short time, their statements don't make sense and they struggled to explain them. I was asking so many questions about their service, because they didn't explain things well. They need a better email system. They really need to improve things if they want to continue to run a business. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone - landlord or tenant.

They called me first thing in the morning today to say my rent is arrear which seemed impossible as the payment goes out automatically.
I asked for a breakdown and they said they’ll send it soon and that person Sylvia couldn’t really tell me much more (they probably just called without checking thoroughly). Half an hour later, still no details come through. After checking my bank account for the last 13 months of transactions I could find no missed payment. I called them to say there’s no missed payment.
She passed me on to Graham and he couldn’t tell me the details straight away. After a lot of stuttering he said it’s always been behind.
I said “So, after 13 months of renting the place, you’re telling me now that the rent has always been behind? Maybe you should have acted a lot earlier on”. Then the old geezer said “Maybe” I asked for the details and an apology. He refused to apologize although they didn’t do their job properly.
Then he hung up.
The fact that these kind of property managers exist is infuriating and disgusting.
I’m not that kind of person who leaves reviews but perhaps these kind of unprofessional behaviors should lead to getting their license revoked.

I don’t recommend at all. Staff either don’t understand tenancy law or don’t care. I lived at one of their rentals and so glad to be out. Avoid this company like the plague

I rented through Just Rentals for about 2.5 years in Meadowbank and was very pleased with their service.
As a tenant who is in the property business myself I know what it takes to rent a place and found Just rentals to be the best I have dealt with. Most rental agencies out there do not actually know what they do and do not care.
They present dirty properties for rent and are not responsive.
Just Rentals, however, always present nice, clean and presentable properties and have always looked after me with whatever I needed.
Highly recommended to work with.
Very happy. Even now I was looking to rent a place and had a hard time finding something. Just Rentals showed a renovated property which I thought was not worth the money charged and they managed to negotiate it down for me.
Very pleased. Be nice and not over demanding and you will be looked after by Just Rentals

We were in a rental for 3 years that was managed by Just Rentals and the team there was fantastic. Super responsive and always got things fixed when needed asap. Can't recommend these guys enough!

This company seemed trustworthy on the outset, but do not be deceived. My close family member's experience was one of bullying, sloppy processes, lying, retaliation, make false accusations and stealing private information from the home she was living in. Stay well away from Just Rentals.

Warning. Dont deal with Just Rentals. Had very bad experience. If you dare to criticize them they will retaliate with rent increases and threaten termination over minor details. Starts well but can turn nasty in a flash.so beware.

This organisation comes highly recommended, My experience with the team Just Rentals is excellence to the highest level. I have advised Friends who require a letting agency to use this group.

Dear lord, do NOT let these people manage your property and if you realise these are your property managers at a rental, just move out.
Terrible, unprofessional and rude is the only way to describe them. Unannounced entries, rude emails.by the very OWNER of this company. Their systems and files are all over the place, emails with important notices never actually get sent and overdue invoices are sent to the wrong people.
STAY AWAY.

NEVER rent with this company. Absoultely appalling service and lack lustre care for tenants. We have lived in our current rental in Auckland for over a year and had the lawns and gardens tended just once, despite constantly emailing and asking for this to be done as per our contract. Terrible service and purely out to take every cent they can from tenants. Be warned.
