Had my car booked in this morning and when I arrived there’s no parks so I parked in front expecting someone to be taking my car into the work shop anyway/or park the car where they would like. Instead greeted by an extremely rude man who said I was blocking his entire driveway and when I explained my car was booked in he just had the worst attitude towards me told me to move my car to a car park (there was none) I just left not giving people my money who can’t even talk to me with respect! I was shocked at the way I was spoken to! Went elsewhere

Car came out running smooth. Well. Except for a sound I asked them to diagnose which they did and pinpointed the problem and had a price ready to go. I know a bit about cars. An upfront and knowledgeable business.

Due to a lack of Holden Parts availability we were unable to have our air con fixed in our Holden Barina. We were advised of this promptly and were able to get our WOF which we hadn’t realised was due. Would return to Kaar again!

They don’t accept the certificate from smith&smith for the glass while AA accepts that.
It feels more like they want to overcharge for unnecessary things. Wouldn’t recommend going there.

Had a comprehensive service done - first time using KAAR. From the initial phone enquiry, to dropping off vehicle, collecting it and answering my questions - very friendly, easy to talk to and unfazed by anything I asked. The jellybeans are a welcome bonus! KAAR will now be my go to provider for my vehicle. Highly recommended.

The Team at Kaar did an extensive service on my SUV which was 3hrs faster than I expected and once parts, fluids etc were added it still came in under my expected expense.

The team at KAAR Henderson did an amazing job, they made sure I understood the work they were doing and that I wasn’t inconvenienced at any time while they figured out what my car needed. They stayed late so I could pick up a loan car after work which they didn’t need to do either. And I got a little packet of wine gums and a towel for the car on pick-up. Couldn’t ask for more! Will always come back.

I have been servicing my car with Kaar Avondale for last three years and they do a fantastic job. They are thorough, and always check in with me first before any bigger expense work like changing tyre or changing battery type work is required which I really appreciate. Staff and manger is friendly and very quick to respond. Fully recommend them.
