Took my waster blaster into today as was having an issue. Guy who helped was a legend, found it was my fault and replaced a small part and applied some grease to help in the future. Service as it used to be.

We brought a Karcher water blaster after speaking directly with their rep (Phil). The hose lasted 4 weeks of minimal use before splitting in two places. Phil stated it is not a warranty claim as "the hose shouldn't be bent around the corner of a building" something I would have thought would be a minimum requirement for a basic water blaster. We will have to cover the repair, sell then look to purchase a Sthil as the pervious one lasted 7 years under the same conditions for similar $.

It's not worth to buy cheep or midle range Karcher, it has one and only service in Auckland, and if they need to fix any smaller problem, just too much$$.
I did tryed send an email, but the email address what you have here isn't working.

I would like to make a formal complaint regarding the service you have in New Zealand.

I dropped off my machine (cost $999) to your service station on the 14th of Sep 2022, until today, it hasn't return to me yet. BUT that is not the worst, the worst part is, no one, no one in your WHOLE new Zealand office team would spend a minute to give me update of what happening, when it will be repaired or what so ever.
I have to visited your repair center twice to find out what going on

my Question to you is: IS THAT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER?

I am trying to talk one of your NZ manager team, but the whole office told me every one is in the meeting.from 9: 30am to now 12: 01 noon.how handy is that.what on earth a company will have such attitude to deal with customer in this way.because Pride?

12: 06, NOW, you know what, after this morning's visit, after I finally lost my patient, complaining all around, your New Zealand team made it happen in 3 hrs, they finally call me, the first time since 14th of Sep, and it is ready to collect, but of course, all the managers are still in the meeting room.

at 5: 10 pm, Story continue, finally the Managing Director called, blah blah, basically now you got the machine now, every one should be happy.now you should walk away.let put every thing under the carpet.otherwise you will be look like the idiot.thanks good cops advice.when i have gave it more than 5 weeks patients, be nice, be a good Gentlemen waiting for my beloved machine get reapired and returned, no one called, until i get frustrctued, mad.chasing, demanding.and magicly you fixed it and ready for collection in 3 hrs,

now i better walk away, otherwise i will be the afternoon tea joke in your companty, " hey garath, do you remeber that idiot chasing his machine the other day, i think i just saw him drive pass. "
now he got the machine back, whatelse he want, an apology? No way, we just get paid to do our job, blame the covid, the logistic, of course the Russia, the American.any one else but not our problem.this company do have a culture issue, top down culture issue, you can try, i dare you.

Great staff - really helpful and friendly. Needed spares for an old water blaster and they sorted it out.

We used our wet and dry vacuum once and it blew up. Because we are a business they refused to replace it, repair it or refund it. Shady operators.

Rubbish for cleaning your car with and over priced, leaves streaks all over your car had to wash again with Meguiars Ultimate wax and wash for a streak free finish.
Will never use this product again.

Had a bit of an issue initially that they had no record of me taking my floor mop in, but these guys were amazing - once the mop was located they quickly repaired it, and to my surprise, they had replaced the dirty water container as it was, albeit useable, but broken in one part, without me even mentioning it. The gentleman on the phone and the front desk was both professional and courteous. When I casually inquired about the window wipe with a spray bottle attached to it, he went to the back, found 1 and said I could have it for free. All in all, just a pleasant experience dealing with these professionals.

Worst products.dont be fooled by the brand.second domestic electric waterbaster failed like the first.worst service centre.wont accept liability and just hand you a tip sheet with 20 things that void warranty and point out you must have done one to cause it.buy NZ made, or something else with service.

Customer survice at it's best. I wanted to get a replacement hose for the Karcher Back pack vacumme. The Sweet lady at the reception greeted me with a big grin on her face even though it was time to close the place. Yet one of the parts was not available they said they might have to order and since I cannot wait any longer they went the extra mile and got another attachemet hose from their showroom to full fill my requirments. Really I was blown off by their super helpful manner how they delt with my request. Such lovely people at Karcher Auckland at East Tamaki. Much thanks to the Lovely lady at the counter and their manager who agreed to give me the spare hose. Thank you for the wonderful support.

BEFORE YOU BUY a waterblaster, ask Karcher NZ for their 'Water Blaster Survival Techniques' leaflet, an extensive list of things they dont tell you before you purchase that will likely void any warranty claim. You may consider their water blaster unfit for purpose, especially once advised you should have used it at least every other month. Best just hire one.

I found the staff in the showroom /parts counter very helpful & even got a very Experienced older gentleman Rod to come out & talk to me& get the right parts needed to repair my older Karcher 310 machine This man deserves a pay rise his knowledge about these machines even up to the level of oil 4 the bearings&wobble plate were invaluable & made the repair I did myself very much easier so got all parts needed reassembled & had it working the same day

Terrible support. Bought K4 water blaster in Oct '18. In March '19 it started leaking water from inside the unit. Not a big issue I thought they will sort it. I've now been without my water blaster for nearly 6 weeks and still no update on repair/ replacement. Apparently this is as common fault. I bought Karcher because I believed in the quality of the brand, and expected good support if there was an issue
