Can't help feeling totally ripped off,

I just want to thank Keith Hay Homes for our lovely new home! I originally emailed several building companies about building a house in Mangawhai Heads and they were the only ones to get back to me. I’m so glad that they did. With some guidance from Murray, we bought a section and signed a contract for our new house, which was based off one of their new plans, in Dec 2020.2021 ended up being a tricky time for building companies with the disruptions caused by covid. They managed to keep our build to the fixed price and got us in as soon as they could. I highly recommend building with Keith Hay Homes. Our house is warm and comfortable, the Keith Hay team are friendly and helpful and our home was good value for money. There were no hidden coats. We are very pleased with the result. We have two other friends building with Keith Hay now. Thanks again, team. Hopefully we can build again with you in the future!

The overall treatment: given to my family and I has been nothing short of spectacular, from start till finish Paul and Hamish have been professional and caring in every single matter.
My Family and I looked at many other housing companies before walking into Keith Hay Homes and to be honest Paul and Hamish were the only representatives that felt genuine on our arrival and pursued the sale. No other company phoned us back up to check how our house hunting was going and gently reminded us that they were here to help if needed.
We are first time homebuyers and this has been one of the most stressful periods in our life. However, at lot of the stress was elevated through the assistance and guidance by Paul and Hamish. They helped us customise our house to suit our family needs, gave us a competitive price and suggested ways in which we could reduce costs. We could not ask for anything more.
