6 We approached "North and West" Henderson Branch back in Aug 2016 after buying a site in Beach Haven. We built our First Home in Beach Haven, Auckland which involves so many mix emotions. We choose "First Choice 95 Boxed End Gable" with 3 Beds, 2 Bathrooms and 1 Living of 95m2.
We are fortunate to have Branch Manager James W and his team, are exceptional at what they do. Exceptionally well run even when we had some major hiccups like Project manager leaving in the middle of the project. Building a home requires lot perseverance and work together as a team and nothing is too much trouble. Very professional, reliable, honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend without a doubt!
I see new dwellings now popping up with no views or backyard. We so glad we picked a tricky site which now has the best views of Rangatira Reserve and Kahika Stream!
I have been searching the market for a house/bach to put on a beach section.

I had a very good experience with Keith Hays. The house is built really well, sort of like old fashioned tradesman stuff. And the whole process just flew along, other builders were going to take an year! I was in my home only about 5 months after first going to the showhome. They were also very pleasant people to deal with. So I am a happy camper:)
