I'm really happy with the lads from Albany. From the beginning the staff were super helpful and clear with there instructions regarding the operation of the equipment. Once onsite we had a small issue but technician got us up and running and we were able to complete the job on time. Super professional and helpful guys. Picked up a machine that turned out not ideal for the job, returned it straight away and credited back my money without hustle, located the machine i needed over the phone and placed it on hold for me to pick the next day. FYI in many cases one can return his hires to the closest Kennards shop. Helpful.

Best set up hire centre I've ever been to. The premise was clean and tidy the equipment was laid out in a most orderly manner. The hire prices are cheap. Easy to get to just off the motorway at greville Road and left on Tawa Drive.

All you want from any kind of business is efficiency, politeness and good info. On arrival I was met by one of the staff.offered me the options and then processed the paperwork and even loaded my car. On returning the chainsaw.again, polite and efficient.so much so, another rental on WED.good work guys! All young lads too.

Kennards hire seems to have very clean and well maintained and equipment ranging from trucks and diggers to cordless drills. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even have a sheltered drop off and pick up point to keep dry if raining.
