Booked a car trailer on line and picked it up on the day. Easier than booking over the phone. Trailer towed well and the team at the East Tamaki branch were very helpful.

I hired a stump grinder. It worked well. Trailer rental was given for $20/24hours to transport the stump grinder. Staff were really helpful

Just hired an industrial Vac. Few available at the moment due to the cyclone cleanup. Pointed to the nearest branch that had one available, always helpful at really short notice.

Went in the other day completely lost thankfully Jess was there and was so amazing helping me above and beyond. Excellent staff couldn’t recommend a friendlier face than Jess!

Absolutely useless just wanted a trailer on Saturday was told i would get a courtesy call at 1pm if nothing could be sorted its now 8: 40am monday morning and still nothing cheers for wasting my time, I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future and will be telling friends and family to do the same.

I needed to move a a very heavy safe, after trying for a few hours I gave up before I crushed myself an my son.

I searched online an found this store has a piece of equipment called a skoots 1800kg,

omg what a fantastic piece of machinery perfectly designed for what I needed to do saved me so much time an any injuries.lol.

From what I could see this is the only store in Auckland that has this for hire would definitely recommend it for lifting a safe or similar.

Also like to thank the staff very friendly and helpfull.would definitely go there again great shop with lots of equipment for all your needs.

After having a terrible experience (that day) with Hirepool I went down the road to these guys. They went out of the way to help out and were amazing to deal with. A great bunch of guys and I would highly recommend them to others.

I hired the digger on 16 and returned it on 17.three days later, they asked me to return the digger.make a phone call is easy, but it brings me lots of pressure because I don't have any proof show them I have returned the digger.finally, I found the digger in their yard and take a photo as evidence.

Can't recommend the East Tamaki branch enough. Everyone there is so good to deal with and I would never go anywhere else. Alex and the team are awesome!

The staff are really helpful. You can hire anything you would need, the staff taught me how to use the gardening equipment I hired. Equipment is very clean and I left feeling confident enough to use it. Not expensive to hire either with half day or full day options.

Did not get the equipment I was looking for on a Saturday afternoon. However, the staff replied to my request very well and guided me about alternatives.
The pricing is not sharp ad other hire companies in the area. The tools are of better quality. Will visit again
