Quick and easy to book online, even if item was not at store, they had it there for me to pick up. Great communication and staff helpful with instructions on how to use it plus helped load and unload. Definitely worth using.

Excellent customer service right from when I arrived. Was unsure of what equipment I needed and was quickly shown my best option and how to use it. Had help to load it into my car and unload it on return and was given a discount for returning it early. Will definitely recommend this team to others.

Used the Hilti rock breaker. Used it nonstop and overheated used a circles blower so call it and was good after that great peace ok kit!

The guys here are a good bunch I usually hire the mower and weed eater bundle, they are so helpful any questions they will inform as much as they can, had to switch to Kennards cos the company across the road is a bit pricey!

This people are layer, i won't do any business with them in future, I hire floor grinder for from them for day, the guy on desk told me $90 for a day, he took $180 bond money, he measure the diamond grinding disc before he gave to me, he said half mil is free if it worn more than half mill he will measure charge me another $35 for disc, i did about 2 square meter of grinding, when I returned the grinder the guy even bother to measure a disc, he give me invoice charges are written
$ 120 for hire a grinder include gst
And $60 for worn Disc, kennard hire not honest, they are layer what they told me different thing charge me more than that,
They charge me $180 for a day, what they said $90 for a day

Good Roosters these guys. No issues discussing challenges around use of gear or extensions as necessary.

Worse service ever from this store, they must be blind and not seen the have competition over the road. After hiring a concrete cutting for a 4 hour min hire and returning it within an hour we realized we needed to cut a bit more due to a storm water pipe, called and asked if we could pop back to grab it again for 10mins and he said NO you will need to paye for it again full 4 hour hire, what an FW, my Partners company SPP is just up the road too so I am going to send this viral with my own FB pages of up to 15 thousand people! NEVER AGAIN!

The staff here helped us out when dropping off a trailer at considerable inconvenience to themselves. Really appreciated their service and taking the time to go above and beyond. Really happy with the trailer too.

Over helpful i got a digger from them and they loaded it.
I brought it back the next day exactly the same way and they took photos claiming i didn't strap it down properly then started over explaining everything on transportation blah blah what happened to the good she'll be right kiwi attitude take it and go boy iv got work to do

I hired a roasting oven from these guys for a party. Very good service, great communication. They delivered in a timely manner and the product was outstanding. Thoroughly recommended.
