Worst experience ever, the lady told me they can fix my machine in 3 days, instead took 2 weeks and the machine didn’t fix yet. Every time I called and they saying they waiting the container to come. Which container I don’t know.

Why you guys giving fake commitments, tell the truth to the customers please. Our machine is our bread and butter. 2 weeks we was sitting without any work.

Please don’t do these things with anybody.

Easy to buy off then worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Had to talk to 5 different people to even get them to look at the camera that was less then 4 months old then it took over 2 months to get me camera fixed. Then when they offered me a loan camera they forgot to send out all the cables with it making it useless. Will not be buying anything off these guys

3 emails sent to get a quote, one message left on answering machine.
No reply in 3 weeks. Look elswhere, there is better out there.

Staff have gone out of their way to help me out today, extremely pleasant to deal with. Nothing was to much trouble including sitting in traffic for hours to help me out. Bought a petrol water blaster a few years back. This will be my second. Great product, great team. Thanks again.

Anyone can provide best service when buying stuff but when it comes to repair or issues then not everyone know how to serve / solve customer’s problem.

I had issue with machine which was under warranty but they said warranty doesn’t cover this issue as not comes under warranty t&c, (which is understandable, I have no issue with that)
But they still changed labour cost to check it even when machine was under warranty.
Over the phone they said if there will be any charges we will contact you and inform you.
Later on different story.
Not going to buy anything from them in future.

What a great place to shop. The guy who served me Was very pleasant and aware of what I needed.

I brought my machine about 5-6 years ago. I got the machine because I had at the time ruffly 25 cats and got sick of my vacuums not handling the pet hair etc. I at the time was going through a vacuum at least one a year and one of them was a dyson, so I decided I needed to get a commercial one. I found this business and the guy was so helpful, He was going to allow me to pay half and pay the rest after I had received the vacuum which was a wet & dry, which I could play soccer with, another words it was very sturdy. I thought the guy was going to rip me of and he wasn't to pleased when I asked him about it he said he was just trying to help me and I could " take it or leave it" All I can say is this vac is going as strong as ever and one of the best things I ever brought Thank you

In two minutes these guys fixed problems that their north shore competition spent two years trying to solve. And at less than half the price!
Friendly helpful and professional.
