We purchased a patio storage box at Auckland home show a few weeks ago. Last week went to put togethor and the lid was broken, phoned Scott who couriered a replacement lid without a question. We received the lid in days, put our unit togethor which was easy and looks amazing, I highly recommend the Keta product and the follow up service with Scott.
