Extremely happy with Key2 house and land package.

We were dealing with Lyle from Key2 who's the best agent we have met during our first home property hunt. We started our hunt after the first Covid lockdown, we saw many houses and the agents, all of them were motivated to just sell the property in vendors interest. But luckily Lyle was completely different from the other agents, he never pushed us, he always thought about our needs and interest first.

We opted for a land and build package. Lyle helped us in finding a good builder within our said budget and made sure he was part of all the planning and design meetings with the builders. We being a first time home buyers, he gave invaluable input on the build process and helped us secure the section and the mortgage approval.

Lyle has a wealth of experience and knowledge in this field which he used to help us. The process was very difficult, but he made it look very easy for us. We highly recommend Lyle from key2 properties. He is a genuinely honest and sincere agent who seems to be happy to help even for things that he didn’t need to.  We thank you Lyle, without whom we would not have been able to secure our dream house.

Almost 3 years since we purchased our house and Land package through Key2 when it was promised in 2016. The agent was useless at communicating with us, as is the builder. Vanished after we purchased and has been no help since with trying to get the builder to communicate with us either. No apologies for the blatant false advertising of "development almost finished" Wouldn't recommend for anyone to use these guys. Not the first people to have issues with them either!

This was the first time that we have ever done anything like this and we had heard a lot of horror stories about how difficult and stressful it would be, but this was not our experience. Key2 made it all very easy and explained the process at every step. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

After a disappointing two years with a building company I was close to just giving up and selling. I was giving the house building experience one last attempt after seeing a programme where a happy couple were moving into their brand new home. My partner has multiple strokes resulting in, along with other issues, aphasia which is a severe communication difficulty so I really did feel like I was going into it on my own. That was until I had the very good fortune of meeting a person who was so dynamic, caring and determined to solve our difficulties. I cannot speak highly enough of Ryan. Ryan Austin has given us absolute confidence that our dream of building despite health issues can and will be realised. He listened carefully to our back story, our ambitions and has worked wonders on meeting our needs along with our wish list! Maree was very easy and professional to deal with. She made the process easy to navigate, and was straightforward and honest in all her opinions. Communication was great, and Maree stepped in and gave advice whenever needed. We would recommend, and use Key2 services again.
