Shocked, absolutely ripped off!
Was assured security that the old key that had been stolen (returned by police today) would not be able to start car as a special chip had been installed in the new set of keys. An complete lie. The old keys still start car as I found out today. Daylight robbery, overpriced and straight lied to. Very disappointed

Good, fast service, but for reasons I don't understand he could only make 1 copy of my key. I needed 3.

He persisted and even came out and checked the car, re-cut the key and double checked everything was working properly. A+ service on a difficult job.

Was served by a bloke, who took about 1 min to even notice I was standing at the counter because he was on his phone and had his earphones in. He then proceeded to accept the supposedly relative simple job of replacing my watch battery. Was told to come back in 10mins - which I did. Only to be told he couldn't do it. I then took the watch to mister minnet who proceed to successfully change the battery, and advise me that the previous bloke had damaged my watch. The guy at Keytonics left scratches and a gouge in the backside of my watch. Highly DO NOT recommend this service.

Never open? Walked past this place many times over the last few months and noticed its always empty - zero staff. Went in to get a key cut today and, you guessed it, nobody was around. Called the 'general enquiries' number listed on the desk which just rang out, waited 15 minutes and tried again - same result. Please update your opening hours on Google if you're only open at specific times.

I have been to keytronics in mt Wellington to copy the key of my car and after have disassembled my key the guy told me that to do a copy will be 100 dollars, so i decide to save some money and do it later. Once arrived home i find out that the battery of the remote was missing inside the key.

Anyway after have saved some money i did come back to do the job but the guy was not there, there was only a lady that didn t really treat me very well. I then decide to go to this keytronics instead, where i have found a young guy very friendly and professional that after have disassembled the key and carefully checked everything told me that the key does not have code or transponder.
I was very surprised because the key was previously checked by the other shop, he offered to do a copy of the key, i decided to trust him.
He made me a copy, and it cost me only 20 dollars, i have tested the copy and works great, the car start without any issue. I am very happy, i will come back whenever i need to copy another key. Shame on the other keytronics shop.

Rattin was excellent. Did his due diligence before starting work, coming to the car to double check fittings, and performed repairs on key fobs that prevented expensive replacements. EXCELLENT SERVICE
