Beware total rip off $9.90 for new key battery $1,200 per hour to change the battery and the paywave fee is 3.5%. They agree they put a mark up on the transaction fee. I didn’t walk away with great feeling at all!

My 1st experience with them was very bad. The attendant promised to visit my house to access what type of key I needed, he got my details but never called or visited.

I went online and booked for a visit from their website.there was no place to access the price of the service. I called and they promised to call back but didn't.

I went online and booked the service and the people came and charged me a call out + key charge of $218. I obviously refused to pay.

The person was kind enough to send the key details to their office and I went there to pick up a key for $35. Imagine if I didn't insist on not paying.

Their prices are not on ther website. The customer service is very poor and very vague about pricing. I'll probably avoid using them in the future.

Overpriced service and the employee lied to me and insult at the place. 1610NZ for give a new key. Honda fit 2007 the car.he told me that the second key was free.

Helpful enough. I'm sure they are good at their trade. Went in to purchase a battery for my car keys and was charged $20 to take out the old battery and to fit the new battery. Expensive 30 seconds.

It a no hassle, stress free kind of arrangement and it deserves 5 stars.

We called Keytronics because our bathroom door locked and we couldn’t get in from the outside. They texted us a link to fill in our details and said they could come within 2 hours. (this was on the 23 December).
They messaged to say they were 20 minutes away, came and got the door open quickly and efficiently. We were very impressed with the overall service and communication. Will definitely use Keytronics in the future. Thanks for a job well done

While the service was quick, unfortunately the new key doesn't work in the door that the original key snapped off in.
Also, they didn't organise a 2nd spare key as promised.

Rude money grabbers, will charge you for work they haven't even completed then threaten you with debt collectors
