I found benny to be great
This was actually a refurbishment of a light commercial property that had been damaged by methamphetamine cooking
I showed him the scope of the job, and he basically got on with it requiring little intervention by myself, apart from a few colour choices
He has a good group of subbies, and he project manages them smoothly
We received estimates from all of them prior to starting the job
The workmanship was excellent, and sensible choices were made by Benny throughout the project
Things happened in a very timely manner

Regular invoices were paid promptly
No overcharging or padding out

Suggest you can have great confidence in him to be organised, thruthful and a sensible operator

Benny and his team completed a new build house construction for us which was on time and on budget. His attention to detail was evident throughout the project and his flair for design proved invaluable in finishing the project through to landscaping ideas at the end
Kina Construct has also completed a fence for us which required a design and build project and we were very pleased with the end result

Benny and his team were super to have on site for small renovations of my old villa. They removed a window and replaced with weatherboards, replaced a bi-fold set of windows and a fixed window. They also attended to flashings which had been poorly done by a previous owner. Benny was very easy to communicate with, and had a strong belief in making sure I was happy with the results! I would definitely employ him again and highly recommend his services.
