Had a terrible experience here, the girl at the register was rude and did not smile she was wearing a black jumper with a white claw in her hair was giving attitude to her amazing co workers who served me, i could feel the bad energy from her if i could give 0 stars just because of her i would, the food was amazing here but i didn’t like the way she treated her stuff and the customers.shes was continuously on her phone and when i tried to go talk to her she ignored me.will never be returning here again!

Ate there. The panini was stale and despite being toasted was tough. A pity. However, polite service and helpful staff. Plantvsection colorful and reasonably priced.

Just a note on the service which has been my usual experience every time I go to Kings Plant Barn Remuera;
I was looking to find some solution to Guava Moth problems afflicting my citrus at home. After he saw me looking about, a (I would guess) senior staff member asked if he could help.and although he was at the (quiet) Till gave me very helpful advice, asked another member to mind the Till while he took me to the correct products which he explained fully. I then was left to my own decision (ie- with no pressure) and then later, the same guy served me at the till. I am sorry I don't recall his name. Very good, professional service. Which, as I said, is what I have been fortunate to receive every time I go there.

Great selection of seedlings at reasonable prices. Always easy to find parking too. Old pot drop off outside the entrance which is handy. Checkout is usually quick n easy with minimal queue if any.

Mixed bag wrt plant selection, condition and patchy customer service. No comparison to the new Lunn Ave Mt Wellington Kings which I think will be my new 'go to' despite being further away.

Because of long wait time to be served we waited several months to return.still the same, we won't be back.

Great place to catch up wth friends for coffee and browse the plants. Great kiddies area too.

Good for your garden needs but cafe coffee and food are over priced and average. Do not get a white coffee here. Scalding hot and super milky. Could not taste any coffee in it

HAD lunch there very nice and managed to get the plant's i wanted staff very friendly and helpful.

I bought a Tui feeder from here. The store is expansive with alot of product from plants to water features so for shear choice this is the place to go. What did irk me a little was the fact not all the products I viewed have a pricing. This could be because things have gone up and old pricing labels taken down and not replaced. Apart from that a great store to visit

Good place and very helpful people that work there. Good choise of plants to suite everyone. P. S That was the only place where I could get my latest airplant without ordering and waiting for it.

I have had visited the store for a few times and always was happy with friendly staff and high level of service. Especially I would like to thanks lovely lady from Ukraine Maria. She helped me to make a right choice for my indoor plants interior.

The new cinema awesome! Pizza delivered to you while watching movie. Yes pizza! The screen wide panoramic viewing spectacular. Seating amazing push button and your in a lazy boy legs extended. Was great as I have leg injury. Elevator was great for people in wheelchair as a lot of steps to scale. Service amazing. Definitely return.

I love this place. They have everything you need, and some things you didn't know you needed until you saw them. Staff is knowledgeable and available but doesn't hover, so you can browse freely. And then magically at checkout, it's only $50! Pretty sure this is the best place on earth.

Sadly the plants didn't look that great. Pots fallen over and some plants left out of their pots.
Very disappointed with their succulents not many to choose from.
I'll be back in the hope that things might improve.

Tremendously helpful staff. A huge shout out to Hannah for going the extra mile. I even saw her fix a garden tool for a lady when she could have just sold her a new one. Her advice to me was on-point.

100% better service than the other Kings Plant Barn around this area. Friendly staff and manager, who are kind and happy to help. Definitely going to keep coming back here for all my gardening needs!:)

As always, absolutely great. Fabulous coffee and friendly FOH. I see they have a new assistant manager and I know from previous experience of his service skills that he is exceptional.

Food was ghastly ordered a savoury muffin they heated it so much that it became a dry Rock cake its was over priced the Garden Centre Staff were Rude and totally unhelpful we wont br back.
