From Gill our designer through to Rochelle and our install team, everyone went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible and stress free and the attention to detail was amazing. We absolutely love our new kitchen and laundry spaces. The look is amazing and the functionality wonderful. It's more than just a new kitchen and laundry, but a whole new way of living and working. Getting out kitchen and scullery done by Kitchen Inspirations and there's not much they can't do. They have been so understanding to ones mobility around the functions of a kitchen.

We first used Kitchen Inspirations back in 2005 when they started their Pukekohe business. It was a small job, but we were very impressed with Justin and Becs willingness to go the extra mile, their attention to detail, warmth and friendliness. Since then we've renovated a home, built three homes and each time have made the decision to invest wisely in our projects by engaging KI to design and build our kitchens, bathroom vanities, laundry cabinetry as well the odd bespoke item, and have never been disappointed. So if you are looking for a business that offers great customer service; quality design, build and installation service then look no further.

Kitchen Inspirations were engaged to complete the design/installation for the renovations of our kitchen, new scullery and laundry. They also provided wonderful and practical designs for our bathrooms. Gill was the designer and is absolutely fantastic. She started with concepts and worked through the various designs of our new re-appointed kitchen, new scullery, upgraded laundry and re-positioned bathrooms. The finished areas have been amazing. The hub of our home is our perfect new kitchen/pantry area. Every cupboard, drawer and piece of equipment has its place - I especially like the "tower" in the pantry! The entire refurbishment has worked incredibly well for all our family since completion in October 2019 and really came into its own during NZ lockdown in March/April 2020 and remains a prefect space for us all to create meals while still being able to interact with each other at the counter. Our bathrooms have been transformed into modern, light and easy clean areas -the double hand basins and cabinets are fantastic in our ensuite. The laundry is incredible - I have so much space and storage, all at my fingertips. Should we ever decide to move house and require designs/installations for these areas again, Gill and the team at Kitchen Inspirations will be our first call.

Kitchen Inspirations we had around to replace our Kitchen and their representative Michael came to site. He was awesome at listening to my requests and ensuring that all my questions and requests were not too much trouble Made the process stress free when getting exactly what i wanted and making it work in the space we had. Coral and I want to shout out to the team at Kitchen Inspirations. These guys were great, from design to installation. Nothing was too hard, nothing was too small a detail. Their attention to detail and customer service is second to none. We wanted a number of bespoke pieces and to use some existing appliances, none of this was an issue. Great installation staff who really helped us make a couple of very good decisions and small changes. On time, on budget even with some small modifications.

We are totally thrilled with our new kitchen. Michael was inspirational with his ideas and attention to detail.

Kitchen Inspirations recently installed a new kitchen in my 1930s bungalow. With a new born baby I was nervous to be renovating but they made the process so easy. A special mention to Gillian who’s communication and help was amazing throughout the entire build. I felt like she listened to all my ideas (and there were many) and turned them into a functional, contemporary reality. Not only is the design fantastic but the quality of workmanship is beautiful. Now I have the kitchen of my dreams and I could not be more grateful. I would not hesitate to work with the team again.

Wasted my time asking me to send drawings and measurements and made me wait over a month before responding that they were limiting their area and I was out side it. I love in St Heliers Area, Auckland City.

My location is not far away and I had spoken in detail of my location and even offered to pay for them to come out and do the measurements and see my existing kitchen and closets.however due to busy Christmas season they were not able to come into Auckland city.so I did the work for them of measurements.on following up several times today got this message.

So accordingly you deserve this rating for total lack of customer respect and service.
