Jess Harding at Kitchen Mania was awesome from start to finish, I absolutely loved being part of the design process. After completing an Interior Design Course I had a million ideas of what I wanted. Jess listened to my long list of must haves (and must not haves). Her expert advise & attention to detail was a game changer. Our kitchen is both super functional and beautiful.
Jess and her team kept us up to date throughout the whole process from planning, design, materials & installation, she even helped me with the bar stools and pendant lighting options to make sure the overall look was complete.
We can highly recommend Jess (and the Kitchen Mania team) who understood our needs to create a beautiful bespoke kitchen space that works perfectly for our families lifestyle.

Kitchen Mania was extremely professional from the outset, Jessa was very helpful and professional in the design process. We were well looked after by Tamires and Renee during the fabrication and installation process. Jason and Chris were also very helpful and professional. Good service overall from start to finish. We knew we wanted to renovate our kitchen, and we were removing walls etc, so it wasn't as straight forward as putting something back in to the same footprint.
We went to Jess from Kitchen mania with a bunch of our ideas and layouts as we are both in the industry but needed someone to guide us, and create the space we were envisioning. She incorporated everything we wanted in the space, and informed us what was and wasn't practical and tailored the space to our needs, while keeping as close to budget as possible. Kitchen mania made sure to keep in touch throughout the duration of the renovations and came back to amend anything we needed. They worked really well alongside us, as we were not the easiest clients, supplying our own benchtop and elements making things more complicated than normal. We love our finished kitchen, have turned a small pokey 6m2 kitchen into a large open plan 11m2 with ample storage and practical solutions, from hiding the coffee station away in an on-bench pantry, and stuffing away messy pots and pans in the corner rotating unit.we are stoked with the finished product and are loving using the space.

After visiting two other kitchen designers and feeling very underwhelmed, I was really impressed with the kitchen Jess put together for our new home. Jess listened to our requirements and came back with a design that ticked all the boxes. She did a lot more than set out the cupboards, a lot of thought was put in to how the space would be used, where everything would go and accommodated the fit-out to our family ensuring there was space for things where the children could (and couldn’t) access. She thought about the layout with the appliances and where everything would go really well.

Jess wasn’t afraid to give advice about things we wanted that weren’t practical, she helped us work within the budget offering lots of alternatives and was always available for the many tweaks along the way.

Highly recommend using Jess for your kitchen, we absolutely love ours!

I researched a lot of options for our kitchen as we wanted to make sure we got good value for money, a good quality finish, and that the process was not too stressful. Kitchen Mania delivered on all fronts. Designing the kitchen with Jess was enjoyable and far easier than I anticipated. "I found Dom at the Milford showroom welcoming, and super helpful. He is a great communicator which is vital to ending up with a kitchen/pantry that is what we expected. He was patient with my indecisiveness and great with offering guidance on how to use space efficiently and options for lighting in the pantry (this has made a real difference). He ensured we had the samples needed to feel confident in our decisions.

Often companies give good service until they have your money and then they just don't respond to you any more. This was NOT the case with Kitchen Mania! I was very happy with the new kitchen they installed for me- their work was great and everyone was very professional. It is now 3 years later. The under cupboard LED light stopped working. I thought i would give them a call to find out if there was a warranty on the light. I didn't expect much- but once again they exceeded my expectations. Within a week someone came and replaced the whole light and transformer. The installer was super friendly and efficient and now everything is working again. We went through a reasonably extensive research on kitchen suppliers across Auckland and decided to go with Kitchen Mania based on what we perceived best value for money. From the initial consultation at the Mount Wellington outlet to the follow up process, suggestions provided by the team, openness for our own ideas and willingness to allow us to use our own tradies for some of the work that was required, nothing was a problem. Our project manager Dominic Hoeft delivered an outstanding service. He was on top of the project from start to finish, following up on any query and concerns we had, offered solutions and ensured that all Kitchen Mania team members delivered what was agreed and promised.

Kitchen Mania was not the cheapest supplier but also by no means the most expensive one. We felt we got a fair deal and we can strongly recommend Kitchen Mania as a competent, competitive, reliable and dedicated kitchen provider.
