Kitchen Studio - Manukau

Kitchen Studio renovated our kitchen recently and we are extremely happy with the work carried out by them. We were so apprehensive about this whole renovation. Kitchen studio took away all the stress and did a great job.

Our process started with calling their 0800 number over a weekend. Someone took our details and promised to call back. Within couple of days we got a call from Allie (design consultant) and fixed an appointment for the initial assessment. Allie came to our place and listened to our requirements carefully and noted all the details. Our 2nd appointment was at Kitchen Studio Manukau to check and confirm the design. Allie then shared the digital design of our new kitchen - we were so impressed with the design.

Next appointment was with Amanda & Allie to do the final inspection. Amanda provided us with few design changes based on her experience. She made us feel that we are in "good hands". She also shared the high level schedule of the work.

As we were going on holiday in Dec we wanted to get the work done before we leave. We requested Amanda to start the work early. As requested Amanda was helpful in adjusting the dates as per our requirement. We never thought this was possible as we were getting into the holiday season.

The work started as per the planned date. Most of the kitchen work was carried out by Jordan - he was fantastic (a one man army). He was very patient in answering all our questions and whenever we had minor concerns he immediately addressed them.

From start to finish the entire process was carried out as per the plan. During the course of the work, whenever I had questions or concerns, Amanda was always there to help.

We are extremely happy with the renovation work and will be more than happy to work with Amanda and her team in the future if we would like to make any further changes to our kitchen.

We had a new kitchen designed and installed by Suzie Boyle back in 2015. Suzie was and still is a wonderful consultant, very knowledgeable and highly skilled. She also has a great heart for working with people which she does in an outstanding manner. She persuaded us towards some changes to our initial product selections that have turned out to be the best thing ever. Our finished kitchen is a joy to use and we truly appreciate and are so grateful for the great work done by Suzie. Five years down the track, we had a problem with one of our overhead cupboard lifters, but this has been quickly addressed and corrected at no cost.

We used Kitchen Studio for our both kitchen and laundry design / renovation and totally recommend them. Our main contact has been with Hope who has gone the extra mile for us on many occasions. Nothing is too much trouble - she is a great listener and gives good advice! We were lucky enough to have Brent as an installer and again, he made the install so easy and straight forward – even when I changed my mind! He turned up on time with a smile and nothing was a problem for him. I look forward to using them again – it was a great experience and one I am more than happy to repeat. Thanks Kitchen Studio!

Would not recommend Studio Kitchens Manukau my experience has been similar to that of Shiva who placed a one star review. Extremely disappointed in their services.

Kitchen Studios has been professional, compassionate, and extremely helpful designing and replacing the kitchen and laundry in our home, I would highly recommend using the Kitchen Studios Team, they make you feel like you are working with friends.
Kurt and Sa measured and designed our kitchen and laundry. We were extremely happy with the design for our 'tricky' space. They took our preferences and ideas into the design, and are very friendly and personable.
Amanda followed up every step of the way to ensure the installation went as smoothly and was reassuring. Amanda organised emergency tradesmen for us in the days leading up to NZ going into lockdown due to covid-19. Thanks to Amanda we had running water in our kitchen over this time as our tradesmen were booked for the following week and could not come earlier. I cannot thank Amanda enough for keeping in touch with us over this period to make sure we were okay.
Li the kitchen installer was friendly and helpful, and a delight to have in our home. The care Li takes when assembling the kitchen shows in the finish, it looks amazing! Li worked around the builders, electricians, and plasterers we had completing other work, and nothing was ever a problem. When the kitchen was being assembled Li had Inga help him, Inga was also a pleasure to have in our home.
Our kitchen and laundry are amazing both beautiful looking and functional, to know the parts all have guarantees also gives piece of mind.
Kurt from Kitchen Studios also recommended a builder, Andrew Ding when were where having trouble finding a tradesman who could commit to a timeline. The builders have been well priced and done a great job. Also recommended Boa from Groom and Prestige to supply the flooring, and Brent installed it has come up beautifully and complements the kitchen perfectly.

We recently renovated our kitchen and the team at Kitchen Studio provided us with great ideas and suggestions for improvements. The friendly team and tradesmen were all fantastic and resourceful. Love my new kitchen! Thanks Kitchen Studio.

Our experience with Kitchen Studio Manukau was frustrating to say the least. Our initial visits were pleasant - we had found exactly what we were looking for and while we were a little hesitant to pay such high prices we still went ahead believing the cost was a reflection of the quality of work. When the installation process began, that's when it went downhill. The installation took well over two months with a few installers coming in and out, our designer/consultant became a lot more tricky to get a hold of and our attempt to contact Kurt and Amanda was met with no response. Still, we had faith and got the kitchen "completed" even though its installation delayed our entire house building process. We've had a few more people come in and fix up things here and there but now having fully used the kitchen for approximately 7 months I can say that the stress over those two+ months to have a kitchen like this may not have been worth it. We've had issues with our bench-tops, cupboards, draws etc. - some of which are yet to be fixed. So, even though our kitchen may look as picture perfect and sleek as Kitchen Studio pride their work to be, using it daily proves otherwise.

Kurt and Amanda were fantastic to deal with and made the whole process as painless as possible, from the initial meeting through to the final 'drop in inspection'. The "tradies" they organised were great especially the flooring (Boa) and installer (Li). Any concerns/queries we had were quickly sorted as Amanda was always only a phone call or text message away.

The entire team @ manukau KS were amazing. Kurt and Mandy went out of their way to communicate and accommodate us in a tight window prior to christmas. The team of installers were friendly and prompt. Great experience and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks team.

Had an appointment at home with consultant; she came took measurements and booked follow up appointment in showroom. Took leave from work and arrived at appointment 5mins early to note on door saying, "Back in 15 minutes. " Waited for a bit then received call from consultant after the scheduled appointment time to say she had to cancel to go see a doctor, she apologised and advised she would get back to me with ideas/plans via email before Friday of same week as I needed quotes etc for bank. It has been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard from her. Luckily we were treated with much better customer service at Kitchens 2 Go who we have chosen to renovate our kitchen.
