Really poor customer service, poor comunication, Warren wasnt going to turn up to the job and wasnt going to let us know despite having booked the job in directly with him 2 months prior.

When he did finally turn up he just left the site, no communcation for 10 days despite multiple attempts to find out what happened.

I would never use this company again, its clear customer service isnt valued, they have left us hanging and waiting for a month when we could have sorted someone to do the job who would have had the skills to carry it out properly.

No reply from either customer services or a manager when a complaint was made about how our job was handled, this says it all

Heinrich and Ruldoph assembled my shed Regent Cedar Shed at the weekend. They took great in the positioning of the shed to our exact location, and in the detailing to make sure all was very neatly lined up. The roof was somewhat challenging to get on as it was gusty on the day but they achieved this safely. Extra time was taken over the2- door fitting to be sure of a smooth open/close - success! Really appreciate the great install - they were a great friendly and professional team. A big thank you to them and a 100% recommendation to all out there looking for an installation team.

I used Kitset (Mike) to assemble my new Weber BBQ. I was impressed by Mike’s punctuality, friendly manner, professionalism and expertise and also with the result! I left him to it and got on with my day and was delighted with the perfectly assembled outcome. Value for money and highly recommended.

Les and his colleague installed a shed including a timber floor on the property here. I returned later that morning to find the shed and floor completed to an excellent standard. I was also very impressed with their workmanship and tidiness. There was nothing left on my property (other than the shed obviously) to indicate that they had been there, no mess or little bits and pieces left lying around. Price was very reasonable also, would definitely recommend.

Wallace did such an outstanding job of not only assembling a spring free trampoline but everything else I asked him to do. He mastered everything and nothing was a problem for him. He made our moving day so much easier. He is extremely professional, highly skilled and a really lovely guy. I highly recommend Wallace.

Wayne is amazing! We had two tallboys, two bedsides, two nesting tables, side table, large coffee table and a a Perfect Chair needing assembly. We expected him to come over a few days. He arrived at 9am and got straight into the work. By 4pm he'd finished everything. We now have our lounge room and bedroom kittted out. Thank you, Wayne. We would absolutely recommend Wayne for any kitset assembly jobs.

Our old trampoline was dismantled and our new trampoline built. Galvin arrived on time, was efficient and friendly and even gave safety tips when removing the old tramp. Would definitely recommend this team.
