Kiwi Builders

I contracted Craig at Kiwi Builders to install a subfloor after a repiling job on an old unit. His quote was the highest, I went for that as I wanted a good job. The subfloor that he installed started creaking quite badly after a month or so. I contacted him regarding the issue and he said he would come around to inspect and repair. I left messages and texts but he never showed up. I had to pay another builder to make the repairs, the main issue was nails were used instead of screws and expansion gaps weren't left in some places. Not a huge job to have fixed but I am disappointed Craig never showed to honour his workmanship.
