Arrived for quote on the second of the agreed time, assessed our needs and gave options that satisfied our needs. Quoted price was on par with all other companies but the professionalism is what made us choose to gove the job to this company.

Instalation personnel also arrived on the second of the agreed time. Efficiently ensured we're all on the same page and got to work. Did the job well, no corners cut and answered all our questions. The house can now compete with an eskimo igloo in the hot summer heat.

Their honesty is refreshing. And their precision and work ethics are impressive. On the day of installation, I came home to find no mess – it’s as if the new heat pump has always been there. Plus, they had the outdoor units mounted as per our request because our lawn is prone to slight flooding. Really happy with their work.

They had a more efficient Fujitsu e3 series quickly installed so we’re warm as toast all throughout the season without worrying about our power bills. So grateful for their reliable service.

We had very little space for the outdoor units around the yard, but the team found a way to streamline the available space by lining the up units on one side of the house. Knowledgeable, experienced and reliable. Everything you’re looking for in a heat pump/AC installer you can find with Kiwiheatpump NZ. At first I wanted a Fujitsu ASTG14LUCA 5.4kW to cool our large living room, but after an initial assessment of our place, they said the smaller ASTG12LVCB 4.8kW would suffice. Now we’re comfortable and saving money on energy costs too. Their after-installation service is remarkable as well. I appreciate that their honesty and reliability.

We needed a new heat pump, so I went around for advice on the best unit to buy and got quotes from 4 different places. Kiwiheatpump was very quick to respond and answered all our questions. They did not recommend the cheapest unit but after the initial consultation we were sure they are offering the most practical option in the long run. We got the Fujitsu ASTG18LUCA. Their price is very competitive so we went ahead and signed up with them. We have no regrets!
