Had exceptional experience with Mr. Jatinder, have been dealing with him from long time and he always had best experience.

Two years ago we started our journey to home ownership with Kiwi Mortgages.
We received a pre approval for a 5% deposit but didn't find a home that suited us living in Auckland.
Fast forward two years, living in a different city with an extra child, we didn't think we had a chance with the current interest rates. We recieved a phone call from Manisha (2 years after we had no contact!) And she asked if we owned a house yet.
I told her that we didn't think it was possible at the moment but thought we would run the numbers. We did that and found we actually could buy a home with a 12% deposit this time!
Era and Manisha have been so thorough and supportive during our journey to home ownership. We had no idea of any of the processes but they supported us the whole way. I'm happy to say we have brought our first property and we are now awaiting settlement day.
If we hadn't recieved the random check in we would not be in the position we are in.
