Kiwi Windows

We are thrilled with these doors. We got them to match in with our existing bifold wood ones and they look great. They have made the rooms warmer and quieter.

I have had uPVC windows installed throughout our house by Kiwi Windows and with each install they have exceeded by expectations. Windows are of a wonderful quality and the install team worked hard to ensure the fitted just right, which is not always easy in an older house. High recommend them and their work.

I have had 3 windows installed recently and they look amazing! The installer was very polite and careful with each window install. Only two days to get them all done, I'm very impressed:)

Windows are excellent and extremely high quality. Installation was sub par and we are now looking at $15,000 to repair due to ongoing leaking issues.

Builder has gone over installation and required us to remove windows to reinstall properly. Cladding is ruined and requires replacing.

Disappointing lack of response when we raised issues.

Stay away from this company. After taking a 50% deposit ($9000), the owner Alan lied to us for 6 months that the project was underway. His avoidant communication, false promises, and lack of action led to us demanding our deposit back after he admitted he had not even begun our order 6 months later. This company is a joke.

Excellent product and installation team. Sometimes the problem is with the customer but in my case, I have nothing to say against this bunch of window experts.

Windows are excellent and extremely high quality, and the installation was brilliant.

It appears in past reviews that the company was using a different team of installers. I can confirm that the people who installed our windows were courteous, tidy, and did a great job. Our house is a tricky place to work on but they took the time to do everything carefully, tidily, and finished to a high standard.

Prices are good, window quality is excellent, and installation was great. Will be using them again for the next lot of windows.

I highly recommend this window supplier. Their German product is excellent and the service is just as great!

I was reading the reviews at the bottom of this list and I was discouraged at first to deal with Kiwi Windows. But when I learned that the company is now under a different ownership/management, I decided to give them a shot (since their price was very competitive, communication was convenient and product looking fabulous!). My project turned out to be all fine. None of those service and installation issues that I was seeing in the reviews have I experienced through to completion. New management is definitely doing it right this time. I obviously recommend these guys to have your windows and doors double-glazed!

It took a little longer to start my installation due to weather, but I wasn't in a major rush.

The windows looked and worked very well, I am very happy that the sound proofing really works and no condensation any more. Highly recommended!

Kiwi Windows provided excellent installation service, product is fantastic and doesn't require any maintenance.
Now it's +20 in the house without any heating! Amazing!

Terrible experience with Kiwi Windows who replaced 2x windows and 1 french doors for us. Installation was sub-standard (so we found out) with all joinery dropping off the hinges & catching soon after installation. Victor (the manager) and 2 of his staff completed the install. Victor & co turned up on at least 5 different occasions to adjust the hinges which never fixed the problem. When we went to sell our house ~1yr after, a builders report showed water was coming in around all of the newly installed Kiwi Windows joinery. We had get a licenced builder to remove the windows & doors, repair damaged/rotten framing and reinstall with the correct waterproofing, scribers and flashings, all had been missing from Kiwi Windows installation so we learnt - basic stuff. Our builder said it was the worst installation he had seen in his 40 years building. It cost us $12k to fix the damage. Eventually Victor paid for the damage when I threatened to take Kiwi Windows to court - luckily I had an earlier builders report to compare with. Suggest anyone steers well clear of this company and if too late, get a moisture check done if anyone from Kiwi Windows did your installation!

Product seems good so far. But Installation compared to what was signed off needs improvement. Changes made without letting us know. Be onsite when they install to ensure you are getting what you paid for and that it matches to what you signed off on.

Company communication needs work.
