A total pleasure working with Campbell and the KiwiVac team for the work done on our house in Greenlane, AKL, in Aug 2022.

The whole approach by Campbell was to do his very best in terms of how to get proper ventilation in our house which in some places could develop mould.

He was very clear about what was possible, what was not and what could be possible for he and his team to complete.

His pricing was fair and there were no "nasty surprises" on the bill - all very transparent.

Lastly Campbell was always very punctual - if he said he was going to be a the house at a certain time he was.

All in all a great experience in getting KiwiVac's services and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

We purchased our house a couple of years ago and while renovating the kitchen we had allowed for another fitting to be installed. I had neglected to organise this and only realized the day before the kitchen was to be installed. The team at Kiwivac were fantastic fitting us in at no notice and doing an excellent job.

Fantastic service. Great communication. We have a very old Tellus central vac which needed repair. No problem for William, he repaired and checked system. We purchased a new Kiwivac 35mm hose replacement which has improved the vacuum markedly. We recommend this business A+

Excellent and very prompt service. The serviceman had everything available to fix where our grandchild had blocked the system. He also serviced it and repaired my vacuum hose which had years of use and now everything is like brand new again. He even cleaned up after the service. The bill was more than reasonable. We took possession of our "new" home early Aug and inherited a Kiwivac system which had not been used for many years. I contacted William and although we live approx. 1 hr from William he promptly arrived up to test and supply necessary equipment that was missing. This was functioning for 5mths but unfortunately (probably due to age) the motor burnt out. He once again arrived up within 2 days. A perfect gentleman he once again tested and replaced motor at a reasonable cost. He has provided us with excellent advise. Thoroughly recommend his excellent service. Karen & Cedric HBC

Great service from the Kiwivac team who diagnosed my loss of suction problem. Found and fixed the broken pipe fitting, by ingenious method, which was hidden inside the wall and ceiling of my 20 year house.

Great friendly service and good communications when we ordered a replacement hose. Despite a global pandemic and shipping problems in the Suez, the hose arrived on the promised date! Always a bonus.

I've had my Kiwivac system for 17 years and it's never given me a problem because it's so well made. Full marks to Michelle for customer service service too, all consumables are shipped out promptly and any queries receive a knowledgable answer.
