This team is honestly amazing, if you are considering whether or not to call them, do it. We had the dog wee on the carpet and then unfortunately it was cleaned with boiling water and dishwashing liquid leaving this massive brown/yellow mark on the carpet. I had resigned myself to the fact we were going to have to re-carpet the whole living/dining but figured I'd give these guys a whirl first and SO pleased i did. You can not even tell where the stain was. I couldn't be happier! Nadine was lovely and obviously a super star at her job considering the results and the boss man, Che is just awesome to deal with.:)

Guy who I booked it with was patient and knowledgeable and they managed to fit me in quickly. On the day they let me know when they were on their way and then the whole service and follow up was great. Looks so much better now and the nasty smell is completely gone. Highly recommend.

Well where do I start, easy booking system.prompt response with flexible times to suit my busy days.we had a few nightmare stains of which after a bit of hard work and seemly magical chemical the carpets looked brand new.

Generally I would not bother writing reviews however this company really went the extra mile to accommodate, along with a honest reliable service.
